How to fix SlothMath app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SlothMath app on iPhone
Update SlothMath app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SlothMath iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SlothMath on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SlothMath network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SlothMath Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SlothMath not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SlothMath App
1. On android, goto Settings » SlothMath » click [Force Stop]

Update SlothMath to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SlothMath App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SlothMath » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SlothMath.

Fix SlothMath unable to contact server/ SlothMath internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SlothMath » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SlothMath » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
