How to fix Intratone app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Intratone app on iPhone
Update Intratone app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Intratone iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Intratone on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Intratone network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Intratone Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Intratone not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Intratone App
1. On android, goto Settings » Intratone » click [Force Stop]

Update Intratone to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Intratone App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Intratone » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Intratone.

Fix Intratone unable to contact server/ Intratone internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Intratone » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Intratone » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
