Having issues entering a couple of scores of ‘4’. I can enter and scroll onto next set of scores but when I scroll back to check, any cells with a 4 are then blank. I have tried entering other numbers and these seem to work, just not the 4. Any advice?

1. On android, goto Settings » Ianseo Scorekeeper » click [Force Stop]

Update Ianseo Scorekeeper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ianseo Scorekeeper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ianseo Scorekeeper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ianseo Scorekeeper.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ianseo Scorekeeper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ianseo Scorekeeper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ianseo Scorekeeper
