- Timing of things gets thrown off when users forget to mark after a player finishes.

- It is difficult to switch to other game to mark as needed when scoring two matches through an iPhone.

- The app needs a thorough Performance and Load testing.

- It freezes and frustrates not only the scorer but also the player, which impacts the player's performance.

To resolve APA Scorekeeper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the APA Scorekeeper App
1. On android, goto Settings » APA Scorekeeper » click [Force Stop]

Clear APA Scorekeeper App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » APA Scorekeeper » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart APA Scorekeeper.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click APA Scorekeeper » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto APA Scorekeeper » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch APA Scorekeeper
