I am not getting my notifications on time
Messages cutting off when they’re only part of the way done.
Whenever recording, the video is extremely choppy. The same thing happens to my girlfriend. We both have iPhones with the most updated software. Any idea why this is happening?
I can't upload pics and videos to seconds anymore, the app keeps asking me to allow access to my photos and videos storage which I've given full permissions. I have tried reinstalling, clearing cache, also clearing data, restarting my device, still nothing.

when i put in my number and press send code a code doesn’t come
This is the third time my volume has gone. Everything in my phone settings and microphone setting in the app itself is as it should be and still no volume. I've done everything to troubleshoot and still nothing. I'm frustrated!!
Some messages from others (and not always the same person) end for me before reaching the end of what they recorded. Others in group can hear the whole thing, but I can't. I have force stopped app and restarted Samsung phone. Any suggestions?
I am having issues with Marco Polo cutting off mid message when sending a message to a friend. They don't always see the whole message.

I have an iPad Air w/iOS 12.5.7. when I install the older compatible version of Marco Polo for this device, MP tells me that the verification code I've been sent is invalid. The app installed easily on my iPhone. I'm unable to use Marco Polo on my iPad.
No sound when I record my Marco Polo. I do have sound when I record with my camera. Google suggests switching mikes on app, but that's not an option in the settings under be Advanced. It only displays privacy and Bluetooth.
App won’t open on my Apple iPhone. Have two messages waiting. App opens and immediately crashes. Updated and restarted my Phone twice.
I have audio for incoming messages but screen in black if I turn my phone off then back on then it works till the next time I want to see new messages then I have to turn phone off and back on or the screen stays black but audio will work

I'm having the same issues as those who have posted. Each video continues to buffer every few seconds and I'm unable to hear the polos. I've tried all the things being suggested and still it doesn't seem to work
My marco polo app keeps buffering when playing videos. It stops every 2-3 seconds. I have deleted and reinstalled, but the same issue persists. It even does it now with older videos that I have watched before this started.
For months now the app won’t play unless I’m on wifi at home. It plays 3 second clips and then buffers. It is also happening to my brother who is outside in the city. It’s super annoying as I use it mostly in the car. Any solutions for this?
I cannot login to the app. It tells me to check my phone number and connection
When playing messages, the screen continues to "refresh" and spin every 2-3 seconds. I have tried it with a strong wifi connection and without. I have restarted my phone, have done all of the updates, I have deleted the app, cleared out everything and it still has not been working.
The Marco Polo app closes immediately after I open it. I’ve rebooted my phone but that didn’t solve the problem
The video comes up but when I tap it to play it, it says an audio problem has occurred.

Was there a recent update as of 05/03/2022 to Marco Polo? All of sudden, it crashes and requires closing and opening the app for each message. I see the the version of Android requirements isn't very high. Thanks Dan
