My app just opens to a blank screen and will not show me anything and now I cant receive touches.
The app will not even open. Just come up with and “Uh oh” message. I have tried everything suggested
Hello! Yesterday my Bon Touch app asked me to login in again. I entered my email address and it was not recognized. Now the app is stuck on "Uh oh Something went wrong, ...." and I cannot click on "Try again" or "Wrong email?" Just total frozen. Please help!
i cannot open the app. when i go onto it it crashes straight away.
My partners bracelet works just fine, but no matter what I do with mine it will not turn on and connect to my phone. Can anyone help?
I bought my boyfriend a bond touch but anytime he tries to update it continuously says it’s having issues updating and He’s tried disconnecting his bond and reconnecting and even deleting the app and reinstalling it completely. We just don’t know what to do to get his bond to update.
I have been trying to set this up all day, I get to the page where is say to update firmware and I can’t press update. I tried disconnecting bracelet to start from scratch, I have tried all the hints and tips I can find and my bond touch keep flashing. I’m extremely disappointed I paid the expecting these to be good and my experience so far is far far from it
Private space is always blank, first day it worked for 2 hours then it just went and stayed blank. No Face ID, no passcode. My bracelet doesn’t wake up int it’s tapped 12 times or more. It also flashes red when I go to send touches, even when the battery isn’t low. My bracelet has also charged for 8+ hours and it’s never had a solid white line.
The private space is completely blank.
The chat section just shows a blank screen with menu options to access the other tabs, but no chat field, no keyboard, no messages, nothing.
Hi anyone who might come across this with the same problem. I was unable to receive any of my partners touches for a few days; I eventually deleted my account and recreated it and it’s working just as usual now.
My partner and I both have bond touch and normally for my partner it works just fine but for some odd reason on my end it doesn’t want to send my touches or when we try to use the chat feature they won’t completely send, they’ll show up in the touch history but they just won’t activate his bracelet til he actually hits them on the app
After last update its doesn't send any signals if connected to wi-fi, only via mobile data. Me and my partner in different countries but both encountered same problem
My partner's touch app keeps logging him out
When i open the app and put my log in then it sends me to the color wheel. when i press the continue to get pass the color wheel it crashes
