Nike SNKRS Status

When putting my mobile number, its says servicd error, sorry, we cannot process your request, we're working to fix the issue, please try again later. And everyday im trying to log in for a month now, still the same prompt im getting.

I hit on the drop for the lost and founds and when I tried to pay, it didn’t accept three different cards. Loaded up money on my Apple wallet and tried to pay that way. Said details couldn’t save and I hit retry. It then kicked me out of the app and the drop sold out

It says I have no internet connection…I AM MISSING THE JORDAN DROP!!!!

This App is the worst ever. I have been trying to use it for the last 8 months with no success on wining a single pair of shoes. If the drop is a hot one the app sometimes will not even load. Clicking on a shoe of interest will result in an error and instructions to try again later. These drops typically last minutes. What does later mean? Adidas app does not have these issues. They send out a notification and you sign up to have the opportunity to win the shoe. This in my opinion is a way better method and delivery system. Come on Nike get it together.

SNKRS app not Working kept saying error during purchasing process. It erases delivery details all the time. Erases payment every update. Need to fix. Last time I did purchase shoes were lost during delivery. Never got them.

The search bar just doesn’t work… I try to search and nothing loads.

The SNKRS app won’t allow me to post payment. It keeps giving me a error processing payment message. I tried five different cards and none work. I just purchased a pair a few days ago and it worked. Now it won’t. So many drops this month I can’t have issues. Funds are there. Please help!!

I'm getting a select language message but there's nothing to select. I've rebooted , Uninstaller and reinstalled and also cleared my cache and data...nothing is working there are 2 drops tomorrow please fix!!!!

After login, it asks me to select a language. No languages are listed, and there is no option to skip/move to the next page. I press back and I exit the app itself. Re-installing, clearing cache and data did not help.

My SNKRS app won’t let me view my likes pairs. I don’t know if mike removed that feature or changed the button but if they did I can’t find it or it isn’t letting me view them

My SNKRS app crashes when I try to open it. The only way it works is if I delete it and reinstall but after each use the same issue starts all over again. My phone and apps are up to date. The crazy thing is that it doesn’t happen to my husband’s app even though we have the same phone, same provider and family plan. I’m getting so frustrated and loosing out on New Releases.

Hi, SNKRS app is crashing while putting credit card credentials through SNKRS app settings while there's a snesker release draw is happening. Below are the step, Steps 1. Launch SNKRS app 2. Go to app settings 3. Click on payment 4. Add cards info 5. Observe the crash Please let me know if you need logs.

I am unable to logon to my account. When I get to the login screen the continue button is disabled.

The app does not accept my address when entering the draw. The app has no contact details where to report issues.

I am unable to get messages or push notifications for SNKRS app. So I received a message about access to the Kobe 6 Proto Gigi legacy exclusive release but have no way to access it.
