I had to reinstall my app on IOS. The version is 10169. When i open settings there is no option for me to turn on Location. So when i go into the app to Enter a release raffle. I am not able to do so because i need the location to be turned on. Is anyone else having this issue?

I’m trying to enter the raffle for the Jordan 1 highs but it won’t let me add my address or payment info which should already be added and in the system cause I enter raffles all the time.
