Hello, I have been unable to utilize any bonus spins. Please advise

I am unable to restore my game on my new iPhone and have lost all progress. Please help.

Request lives is not working and I can no longer give lives. It’s been stuck on same screen for days.

I bought $24 worth of coins and other things for this games. My apple account charged me the money, but i never received the items i purchased from the game. The game gave me a message that there was a problem, but i never received what i bought, and i still got charged for it. I am not happy about this.

The required update today has caused issues. I can not see the teams, can’t post comments, and I apparently can’t see if I have been given lives and can’t claim prices.

I was passed level 300 and the program told me to update so I did, but now I’m back to level 1! Help!

This morning I went onto TripleMatch and it said accept terms and conditions and I clicked except and it went back to level one I remove the app and then re-download it it and that didn’t help the problem any other suggestions

Freezes before time is up ALOT!!

I have been playing Majhong triple 3 game for over a week. And after about an hour it stops at the last screen. This is frustrating. At first I could wait about 2 hours and ten start again. But last night it stopped and to-day at 7pm it is still not working. Any ideas?

Game keeps getting stuck on Clark’s ad. Can’t play

Crashes a lot. Then I have no games left so I do the required things to get 5 gams and it goes back to frozen/crashed screen!

I have a white screen I cannot get out of. If I delete and reboot I will have to start over

Just recently when I start the game it comes up and crashes. I've tried restarting my Ipad and reinstalling, but no avail. It does work on my iphone.

The game starts ok but after about a minute it runs too slowly to play. It takes one or two seconds to respond to the touch but the clock still runs at the right speed. Given up playing it.

Level 410 keeps freezing. Scatters objects but machine wont rise and just freezes. Cant click on anything. Tried reboot, im all the latest versions.

I am unable to make any purchases. Says connect to wifi it is connected.

Love game,a lot of concentration. Because there are CONTINUOUS interruptions, changes whole plot of playing. I’m done! NOT FUN ANYMORE….TOO BAD!

I have a few issues with mtch triple 3D it freezes, runs slow, clock is counting down but I cant light up anything to match 3 ,

I played it yesterday but can’t today it just goes back to the home acreen

The game comes on but want let me play unless I use 100 coins
