- Time gets doubled each time user goes back to it

- Messes up start times

- Not user friendly

- Impossible to log a pump session afterwards

- Difficult to log specific time of feeding and/or sleeping sessions

- No way to log duration for past sleeping sessions

app keeps shutting down when opening. wont input timing or does it wrong like it will say baby has been asleep for 3 hours when its only been a maximum of 2. when pumping it for some reason just put the wrong date and time in and you cannot change this

iOS app gets stuck on "question popup" about breast pump. Uninstalling and reinstalling, then stuck on login screen. Can't use app at all anymore.

Close and restart the Medela Family app on iPhone
Update Medela Family app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Medela Family iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Medela Family on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Medela Family network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Medela Family not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Medela Family App
1. On android, goto Settings » Medela Family » click [Force Stop]

Update Medela Family to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Medela Family App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Medela Family » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Medela Family.

Fix Medela Family unable to contact server/ Medela Family internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Medela Family » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Medela Family » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
