I order in the mcdo app almost every week. Now I can't use my FB login although I've already shared my email and no issues before. I tried signing up with my email but it says it's already registered, AFTER filling up the name and address form. That's the only time I'm informed I can't use my email anymore.

I tried the password reset which said it's successful but when I try logging in McDeliveryPH thinks I'm trying to sign up and tells me email is already registered.

This is so frustrating. Paki ayos.

In the US they pride themselves on efficiency but this website is such a hassle and not worth using. Might as well drive over and pick it up which I will

Don’t even work at all .. can’t even track my order ! They don’t even send me a email that my order is confirmed!

Ordered a meal and set the time for arrival after my class (McDeliveryPH allows for this option.)

Order arrived more than an hour earlier. We can’t eat at the lab. Thanks for wasting my food, McDo PH

There is no option to use two or more privilege cards. Whenever I highlight one card, the other gets removed. I was told by the agent to use the web version instead, but there’s no option to checkout! Both versions are extremely faulty. There’s not even a hot choco option. I hope you just bring back ordering thru phone!

Can’t even enter my cell number to sign up. Just has +63 in front of the number and no version of my Maryland phone number is accepted.

App doesn’t update where your order is and it took an extra hour for us to receive my order :///

Why not accept credit order?? Ordering MCDO for relatives in the Philippines, would like to pay it via credit card. Sadly, they do not accept credit card😡

Took my money, but did not give me my food. It’s been 24 hours. Can’t reach customer service through the phone and I emailed mcdonalds, but I got no response or solution to this. Please do something about it

Many times McDeliveryPH crashes or delivery is unavailable.

Now, when I go to my downloaded phone app, it keeps asking me to upgrade to newer version of McDeliveryPH ... problem is I like many people don’t have iOS 13 plus. So McDeliveryPH locks up and won’t let me use my original app.. so I purchase food elsewhere now!!

Latest version a little better, but still slow and buggy.

According to my history, McDeliveryPH just updated again. If anything, it's worse than before. Freezes, random crashes and discontinuity between app and online account. I'm ready to give up and just find a computer to sign on and order online.

Running an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3 so it's not as if I'm overtaxing my hardware.

Why does it always show I don’t have an order in my order tracker when it charged me?

Please fix. Option for any payment other than COD is not available even after reinstalling McDeliveryPH
