New update broke the app

I order in the mcdo app almost every week. Now I can't use my FB login although I've already shared my email and no issues before. I tried signing up with my email but it says it's already registered, AFTER filling up the name and address form. That's the only time I'm informed I can't use my email anymore.
I tried the password reset which said it's successful but when I try logging in the app thinks I'm trying to sign up and tells me email is already registered.
This is so frustrating. Paki ayos.

There is no option to use two or more privilege cards. Whenever I highlight one card, the other gets removed. I was told by the agent to use the web version instead, but there’s no option to checkout! Both versions are extremely faulty. There’s not even a hot choco option. I hope you just bring back ordering thru phone!
Terrible App, very inconsistent

Many times the app crashes or delivery is unavailable.
Now, when I go to my downloaded phone app, it keeps asking me to upgrade to newer version of the app... problem is I like many people don’t have iOS 13 plus. So the app locks up and won’t let me use my original app.. so I purchase food elsewhere now!!
