I am sticking to the web version.

The keyboard on the login screen isn’t a default iOS keyboard, covers the login button on my iPhone SE, cannot be dismissed, and its “Go” button registers as a keypress of a letter rather than a submission. Way to go, this app. If the rest of Statcounter has this sort of attention to detail I think my rating’s pretty accurate.

I really liked what this app was when I first used it in 2012. Since the updated app and overhaul of the system, it’s NOTHING like it used to be. Now I’m frustrated because I can’t see half of the things I could access before. It’s it’s not broken, don’t “fix” it.

I’m new to Statcounter .. the first thing it wants me to do is login... but I can’t login without registering ... in which the version on my iPhone doesn’t have a registration option .. how do you login to Statcounter for the first time on the mobile version... which is what I have.

Used to be 5 stars before this update. Please bring back the recent pageload activity. I can’t find it anywhere on this new update. And the visitor alerts are not working as well. At this point I’d rather stick to the mobile site.

Statcounter works very well on my MacBook Pro, but on my iPad and iPhone only the summary is current info, all the visitor activity specifics are 4-6 days behind. I’ve contacted support numerous times and they’re aware and working on it. Over a month now.

Trying to contact these folks to get back into our page is so frustrating. We will be leaving as soon as we can locate a replacement.
The worst.

Since the last update, it won’t show any international visit to my blog, the 7 days activity should be optional, it used to work pretty good, why ruin it like this? If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!

Wrong pass problem with last update...

Won't even open for me anymore. Also, would like to be able to search by label and would like to see all page views from Path instead of having to open each viewer to see what pages they visited.

App used to hang when going back to main page, now more snappy. Functionality still not fully intuitive, but I don’t like the newer style of the website, either. Regardless, this is by far the best website counter around.

I LOVE this app but this ipad version doesn’t navigate to the main menu .... I’m hoping they’ll read this and fix it so it works better on my ipad pro

Donut charts are terrible. I don’t like the view activity screen. Also maybe would like to see what time people are visiting my site local time?

This is a GREAT app for tracking website traffic with entry and exit pages plus so many other great features! However I like to track “daily” traffic patterns and with redesign the default is “7 days”. And to get reports, it takes so much more time to have to set “daily” for each result I am tracking. Developer needs to offer customization for default timeframe in settings. Do this and I’ll give app a 5 star rating!

In some ways I like it even more than the desktop version. It's very easy to use and navigate. I was so glad to see that they made an app for it! It works wonderfully!

This is perfect for getting on the fly views of your website stats. Statcounter is stable and I can see what's going on online from wherever. If you use stat counter and log in all the time - this is a must have

I have been using the computer desktop version of this app for many years, and I find it superior to Google Analytics in many ways, although each have their strengths in regards to tracking visitors to a website. I can track several projects (i.e., different websites) in a free account (limited to a log of 500 entries per project), and the data tells me—in real time—who visited my site, when they visited, what pages they touched, how long they hung around, what keywords were used, what browser was used, what their IP address is, what country/state/city they come from, and a whole raft of other useful information.
I am very appreciative that the developers have gone ahead and applied their expertise to developing an app for the iPad and the iPhone (and other mobile devices). Anyone who wants to track traffic to a website ought to check out both the desktop application as well as this mobile app. It’s a winner.

Very easy to use! Great data!

For the purposes of tracking the activity on my relatively simple website, this app gives me everything I need. The website is comprehensive and the iPhone app is convenient.
