Unbearably slow
I recommend looking elsewhere for your VPN. They got me on the 40 month sign-up bonus, at first it worked kinda, still slow. Very soon after, it gradually began getting slower and slower. However it never really worked on servers from other countries, only auto-connect worked at all. Continually got slower, finally to the point where I couldn’t stand it and bought another VPN. No response from support either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Totally useless in countries with censorship
I live in Iran, a country with heavy censorship of the internet and i need vpn to access the web freely. Unfortunately ZenMate app is not designed for accessing in countries with censored internet. Why? Because when i open the app in mi phone it doesn’t load the server list unless i connect another VPN and then the ZenMate app shows the server list. It’s ridiculous. If i have another working VPN why should I bother to use this one? 😐

A VPN that does not Connect to any other virtual location
Unfortunately now that I connect the VPN, all the virtual locations are grayed out. Therefore I cannot select any other location to connect to. It used to be great, but now I’m disappointed. Now they can not even get right the "reset password" feature. I never receive the email. I would not true a "tech company" with these types of incompetence. I would like to get a refund.
