I recommend looking elsewhere for your VPN. They got me on the 40 month sign-up bonus, at first it worked kinda, still slow. Very soon after, it gradually began getting slower and slower. However it never really worked on servers from other countries, only auto-connect worked at all. Continually got slower, finally to the point where I couldn’t stand it and bought another VPN. No response from support either. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I live in Iran, a country with heavy censorship of the internet and i need vpn to access the web freely. Unfortunately ZenMate app is not designed for accessing in countries with censored internet. Why? Because when i open ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy in mi phone it doesn’t load the server list unless i connect another VPN and then the ZenMate app shows the server list. It’s ridiculous. If i have another working VPN why should I bother to use this one? 😐

The phone will only work for about 30 minutes then stops connecting to the Internet when using cellular data. The only way to get it working is to either restart the phone or remove ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy .

Unfortunately now that I connect the VPN, all the virtual locations are grayed out. Therefore I cannot select any other location to connect to. It used to be great, but now I’m disappointed. Now they can not even get right the "reset password" feature. I never receive the email. I would not true a "tech company" with these types of incompetence. I would like to get a refund.

ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy is very simple and I have had no problems connecting from the United States. Connection speed on North American and Asian servers is very fast.(25 mbps) European servers can be slow. (10 average France was 3 mbps)

I like this software. But was disappointed that if I want to stream a movie, I cannot with this software activated. I tried disabling, but the system wouldn’t let me. So I had to completely uninstall it to view movies.

NOTE: The iOS apps work well. Mac app is buggy and useless. Their customer service is the worst.
Can be a bit slow to connect. Don’t know if that has to do with the blockers that I use.

Blocks unsecured connections on the Mac.
Cons
Cannot whitelist trusted networks. However, given the speed and reliability of ZenMate, this may not matter.

ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy keeps crashing after iOS 13 update. You can’t switch it off.
There is no way to see which vpn server you are connected to as ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy doesn’t run.

This is not a good vpn app, it works sometimes and for some apps only. The support is bad, I’m trying to get a problem fixed since over a month without success.
The computer app doesn’t work at all. Don’t spend money on ZenMate!!!

You would better think twice before subscribing, especially for one year as they have a very rigid policy not to refund their clients after a while, whatever the reason, even when ZenMateVPNWiFiProxy doesn't work on your phone. I can tell you that.
