At first this app appeared to work fine but after the free trial was over and I had paid for. 1 month subscription the issues begin to appear: after my 1 month subscription had begun it suddenly stopped and would not allow me to connect to any website (my internet connection was fine) each time I tried it would reroute to the VPN clean app developers page which had very basic troubleshooting one of which asked that I sign in and out of my account (which doesn’t exist because you never had to make one to use it) and another that provided their customer service/ tech support email.
I emailed the, explaining what had happened expecting a quick response, I got no such thing instead I’m still awaiting a response from someone and the app still does not connect!!!
Truly truly terrible service! Would not recommend.
Server needs updating

Horrible experience, I have no idea why I decided to try it again. The 1st time it worked great for the trial period and as soon as I paid it kept crashing and blocked my 4G connection. I had to remove it and used for one day even thought I paid a month. Second time I tried it again this time I paid right away and it doesn’t even want to connect. It says that VPN Clean- needs updating. Everything is up to date on my end. I tried contacting the customer support through the app it doesn’t let me. My msg doesn’t go through. I tried through their website same thing. So far I paid $20 for a service that I could not use and I cannot even request a refund! It is obsurd.

Never, ever connects. When it does connect (1/100 times), it takes forever. Every time I do something in the app it asks if I want premium. No way to cancel while in process of connecting. Overall a terrible vpn service that doesn’t even serve its purpose. I honestly can’t even consider this an app. It’s only feasible use is for its Speedtest feature which isn’t even in the least bit accurate. You’re better off with SkyVPN or X-VPN. Don’t even waste your time. If I could, I would give this “app” a 0.
