I can’t log in the app recognises that I have an account but is not accepting my password not saying anything just not moving into the next screen

Creating - I have waited 45 minutes for it to complete. This is not reasonable. Not an issue in previous years. I am in Canada. Please increase your computer capacity. What is the usual time to CREATE the video/

Force Stop the PNP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PNP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PNP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PNP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PNP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PNP.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PNP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got PNP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch PNP on android.
