When I sync an assignment to my Schoology classroom, Study Sync creates a new copy of all of my past assignments to Schoology and not just the newly created one.

How to fix StudySync app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the StudySync app on iPhone
Update StudySync app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall StudySync iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix StudySync on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve StudySync network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

StudySync Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix StudySync not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the StudySync App
1. On android, goto Settings » StudySync » click [Force Stop]

Update StudySync to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear StudySync App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » StudySync » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart StudySync.

Fix StudySync unable to contact server/ StudySync internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click StudySync » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto StudySync » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch StudySync
