Fun for the first 25 levels. Consumers and producers need to read.

So first off this game is really fun. Great graphics and gameplay is smooth as silk. It’s one of the best out there for a little bit and addicting! However, There’s a flaw in this game along with a lot of games now a days that make it frustrating and make me walk away from it for a long time and that’s the pay to play aspect. I’m sick of it. No I’m not paying nearly $30 for mcgreggor when there’s no other way. I haven’t paid a single cent and now at level 91 in game my heavyweights health is only 3000 and my opponents is over 7000! That’s ridiculous. There’s not enough coins or gold (which you only get when you pay) to go around especially when you want to spend them on other fighters to upgrade and that’s where they get you to pay and your health barely goes up and it makes the game very frustrating. And the coins are for all the fighters and not just individually per fighter which it should be. Rounds need to be longer and it needs to be easier to level up your moves and health. Lastly the cpus skill is outrageous. If you win by a landslide a few times it cranks up the skill next match so you can barley land a punch and they become scary good and you’ll lose 5 matches before you win barley and in return get less coins for the win. It’s like you have to barley squeak by to win and keep the cup consistent. Fun fir a bit then it wants you to invest in a money pit and it shouldn’t be.

A Great Game Ruined By EA

UFC is a great game, the fighting mechanics are apparent, and it takes skill to defeat difficult opponents. However, after winning 200 levels in the heavyweight division, it does become increasingly more difficult. The way this difficulty is implemented is the problem. At the moment, my fighter's health is at 9,000 while the opponent's is over 40,000. In no way is this even, but I still get across it. On top of that, the higher you go, the higher your opponents strength gets. And by strength, it means the power of each hit or strike action. This results in extremely cheeky one hit kills in the beginning of the game from the opponent, sometimes making the game unplayable. Now, I've never supported EA, I do believe they are one of the worst video game companies out there. But $30 for a mobile game fighter? I wasn't going to buy him in the first place, but this reminds me of the scummy scams they would put in other games. All in all, EA doesn't care to create games that are quality, they just want to milk the money out of their senselessly consumers.

Won me over!

After playing this for several months, it has absolutely won me over. I gave it a "middle of the road" review when I first got it, but let's be honest, I didn't have my timing down, familiarity w/ the controls, and other nuances that allow you to move ahead in the game, and dominate the AI.
The only thing I think EA could do w/ a minimal amount of effort, is throw in bruising, and blood, but it's still great!
Also, way too many bots, and no ability to “make friends” with other players, forcing you to use up credits to ask for other opponents, which turn out to be more bots, influencing the speed at which you’re able to defeat opponents, and level up, making the game monotonous, and the main reason after maxing out my fighters why I just don’t want to play it anymore.
Also, there are no more Head to Head matches, so buh-bye!

Always Sign in

I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I have to say, it’s fun, yet repetitive. I like the whole aspect of the “Head to Head” mode, it really allows you to face a real challenge against opposing people. One of the major downsides of this game is that if you don’t log into an account and play as guest and purchase gold to buy players, energy etc and if you delete the game or restore your phone, it’s all gone, there’s no compensation off loss data reporting to you. I’ve spent well over $500 to make the game more to my liking on my old guest account. Now I’ve finally signed into Facebook and I’m praying to god if I delete the game or if anything happens, I hope I’m able to keep my progress, characters etc. I don’t think it’s fair that if you play as a guest and use actual money to buy things that you can potentially loose them due to deletion or a restore of device. Please, try to fix that factor or set up something with Game Center please.

I Rated This 5 Stars!!!!

This game is great with the many improvements they are making!! I suggest making a UFC 2 Online Custom Character. The controls are easy and very responsive. Very challenging when you seek 3 stars for all fights. This game is great and addictive. Great Graphics and good gameplay. UFC 2 should have a story mode character creation mode and then that created character transitions to online live action fights. Game developers listen here please; this will gain so much revenue if you advertise properly and the word gets out!!! People love online UFC Fighting games; just do it right and supremely and people will take notice. I would love to see a UFC 2 Character Creation Story mode linked to Online Character Live Fights!!! I suggest this highly as for now I enjoy this game A Lot!!!!!

Unplayable - Update

Not sure what happen but this game has become unplayable after the most recent update. After logging in I get a server error. Collecting coins by clicking on a fighter has a 10 second delay. Can not start a quick fight because it doesn’t let me get past the set up screen. Errors are persistent and common after logging over 1,100 days on EASPORTS . Prior to this update I would have given it 3 stars but EA has done what they do to every good game they touch. The game has the same problems it always had (coins cost too much, gold opportunity limited) but overall it wasn’t bad per say until this update. Will this get fixed? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
UPDATE: I deleted and redownloaded EASPORTS because of performance issues, this fixed those issues but I lost ALL data. Everything. EA customer support was no help and told me I should have backed up via Facebook though they logged daily access and could easily fix the issues on a server side only game. Delete EASPORTS and never go back.

Cool game

All around it’s a great game minor defaults better if you had more control of your player be able to throw feints to confuse players and cpu because the main reason most matches are lost or won is the countering method which is ok but needs to be upgraded to actual combat ready simulation another issue is the training you basically have to pay to train which in real life you won’t have to because your a paid athlete your opponent on the game is always 100 times stronger than you so there should be more to it than me spending my money on the game which you barely make in the 1st place after all the hard work you put in the match that part I really don’t understand to compete I’m broke lol fair is fair but like I said great game cool graphics but needs minor work other than that excellent

Horrible

When I first played UFC it was entertaining. The first thing I was exited for was to get a ufc fighter but the price made it impossible. The game is unfair and basically only gives you Two ways of getting enough money to upgrade your fighters but quick fights don’t even give you much money and the main fights you get money then you open a chest but eventually all of your fighters will start getting out ranked and you are left with nothing to get money off of especially the quick fights. The freezing and glitches are unbearable where i can’t even play. Some fighters have moves that can’t even touch the opponent even when its not dodging or moving. Also the game gets hard on you where you can’t even hit the opponent. The tips that are given never even work. Dodging and then attacking won’t do anything it’ll still make it possible for the opponent to dodge. The game becomes a horrible game it was not worth my time and it was one of the worst games I ever played.

Love it.

To the people that say this is repetitive...yes it's that. Beat the crap out of your opponent, rinse and repeat. If you don't like fighting, go play something else. To those that say it's too hard, I'm not the best gamer but I've managed to beat opponents that are somewhere around TWICE my ability stats...again go play something else.
To those that do like fighting for a challenge, this game is pretty awesome. There's a bit of a learning curve in the beginning because they throw a lot at you quickly in the tutorial but then fail to mention the stuff you have questions about. Like kicks...I haven't throw a kick yet but I'm upgradeing it. All in all fun game. Play it and you'll see!

This game was very fun the first day I played it. I unlocked the second & third fighters, & decided to take the 3rd Fighter career (I don’t remember the weight classes). I reached level 30 when suddenly I had to take on someone with outrageously high health points. After losing twice, I decided to train a lot, still not enough to get above his HP. I made a third attempt at the fight, put him into the submission, and when his HP reached 1, he escaped, got back to his feet & began to punch me at full speed. My health had just now reached half empty, & I somehow found it impossible to land a single shot, while my opponent landed every single one. This also wasn’t helped by the fact that after losing half of my health, I was stumbling like a drunk idiot. But when the CPU reaches 1 HP, they can move lightning fast? This game was very fun until it just came to a standstill.

Should’ve been better

I played this game when it was first released and it had promise. Fast forward a few years later and it’s stale. They haven’t updated this game in any real way at all. The fighter roster is largely the same with no new fighters added. The only thing you can look forward to is just variants on the existing fighters they have. Also combat is really weak. For the most part you have the same moves over and over with little variation at all. You do combos to fill a meter to unlock a fighter’s signature move and often it’s the same move for all three slots. The events and seasons offer a little variety but not enough to keep you interested. Given the fact that the ufc is still thriving events and fighters should be mirrored with current ones in real life. Just like ufc fighters are currently voicing their opinions on being underpaid, this game is under developed with no attention paid to it.

Love it

I absolutely adore this game but the one thing that I would love to be added is blood to the fights. For example if you land a “big hit” your opponent would start bleeding or if they land a “big hit” the same thing would happen to you. Overall love the game but I think with that one addition it would make the matches seem a little more rewarding I guess, to know that you are actually doing damage besides seeing the health bar drop to zero and they get knocked out. I know that you guys are a big company and have other games to be adding things to but if you see this, at least think about it please.

It’s okay

This game has a lot of upside potential but it feels like it’s in development phase or something. First off, there’s like a million levels for each fighter. It seems like you would move up the ladder and the rewards would get bigger. But they don’t. Second, the game continually glitches, especially the home screen. When I open EASPORTS it often times just keeps playing the EA Sports logo over and over again. Third, when you try to compete in the live fights it says there are none available. Lastly, looks like they haven’t updated this game in at least 11 months so this must be the finished product. I wouldn’t waste your time on it. It’s fun at first then you realize it’s just the same thing over and over again. The opponents get stronger and the rewards don’t keep up to help your players level up.

Could’ve been five

It’s a pretty good game when your in the ring but the training is weak and if they don’t bring back the head to head part soon I’m deleting it
Also I don’t care for the way it picks what moves you get to do and when during a fight you should at least get some say in what moves your going to use as strategy may be different for different people training I think should be more specific maybe mini games say for punching, kicking, grappling and endurance missed punches should cost you power and damage and the amount of attacks you throw should weaken your power. It should have rounds scored as a ufc fight is actually conducted.I will say the fighting part is the best I’ve seen but the career is way to tedious I would love to see these guys do another one addressing the issues I brought up

This game is amazing

I love this game i camt get enough of it im level 137 and only at level 25 on my boxer alexander but i dont know why people hate this game honestly when the one guy said that his heavyweight fighter has 3000 health and hes playing against people with 7000 health but me over here fighting people with 14,000 health and i have 5000 and i still beat them easily you just have to know how to play the game and know how to fight this is one of the best games i have it is so fun! Thank you ea for bringing ufc to ios but maybe come out with a newer version i do want some better graphics!!
