Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever QSP app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix QSP app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QSP app on iPhone
Update QSP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QSP iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QSP on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QSP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix QSP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QSP app issues:

Force Stop the QSP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QSP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QSP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QSP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QSP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QSP.

Fix QSP unable to contact server/ QSP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QSP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QSP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QSP on android.
