Fix SLS20 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SLS20 app issues:

Force Stop the SLS20 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SLS20 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SLS20 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SLS20 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SLS20 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SLS20.

Fix SLS20 unable to contact server/ SLS20 internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SLS20 » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SLS20 » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SLS20 on android.
