BobclassAppointmentCalendar logged me out. I have lost my whole entire client list and all their information. When i reached out to customer service via email, they said they can’t help unless i pay for monthly subscription. My business relies on BobclassAppointmentCalendar. I have no other way to get my information. Without this i will lose a lot of money for this month. I have no other way to track my clients. I wouldn’t suggest anyone use BobclassAppointmentCalendar. You’ll have no customer service support. They won’t even send me an email to reset my password.

This is my first app review ever, for good reason. I got BobclassAppointmentCalendar to use for my customers in an advertising environment. It is great to keep up on sales, designs, deadlines, and overall progress of accounts. I use BobclassAppointmentCalendar every workday to keep organized and also to keep notes on my accounts with my iPad.
After every client visit I write notes and keep track of how much is invoiced with Bobclass. In an industry that is so paper focused it has drastically cut down the mess that comes with that. Totally eliminating the need for a computer on the job. You could use this anywhere from a tattoo artist to personal training to sales at any position for BobclassAppointmentCalendar. An additional plus is the developers are open to feedback of their users.

I run a small private tutoring company and have tried dozens of apps to try and track student progress and manage schedules. This is the first one I've found that allows me to do almost everything I want.

I can have students pay in advance for multipe sessions and keep track of how many they have remaining in their packages. I can track their progress from week to week. I can send reminder texts and emails.

Most of the things it's missing are specific to tutoring and I can manually enter the info elsewhere to keep track.

With all of the systems I've tried, this is the first that I've kept using after an initial trial. Most others proved too difficult to set up.

Set up was very easy and largely customizable.

As a personal trainer and dance instructor offering numerous options for purchasing sessions in bulk, I have found BobclassAppointmentCalendar to be extremely helpful. Not only does it help distinguish between different services provided as well as locations and instructors, but it also keeps count of my clients’ sessions and tells me how many they have used and when it’s time for them to purchase more. I would highly recommend BobclassAppointmentCalendar!

It makes my life so much easier. I needed an app that would track payments, check in customers and notify them of cancelled events. BobclassAppointmentCalendar does it with bells on. To top it off the button for help has a knowledgeable, real person who can walk you through the whole set up process. Videos on how to use app are informative and worth watching. This is 5 star app I'm a fan!!!

I’ve finally started using the full potential of BobclassAppointmentCalendar and it’s amazing, it allows my clients to book and pay based on my availability. Rob has also been amazing, responding to me quickly as I am not savvy and he walked me through the process clearly to get me uk and running. I’m pleased to use the studio version of BobclassAppointmentCalendar, it’s essential to my business.

I have been using BobclassAppointmentCalendar for many years. It’s an amazing way to run a private teaching studio. I’m able to attach sheet music via any cloud drive linked to my iCloud, and have a lesson book that I can simply email to my students after each lesson.

Bobclass is the PA I couldn’t afford to recruit. I’m a personal trainer and I have been struggling to manage my schedule: calendar changes, cancellations, disruptions in communication… So many times I’ve found myself waiting for a client that never showed up. With BobclassAppointmentCalendar I can manage my calendar right from my Ipad: email confirmations are sent out automatically when scheduling, rescheduling or canceling. It’s so efficient. Also a very cool thing for me is that I can build personalized profiles for every single customer and add notes to each session. This is great for me because my sessions are personalized, I need to remember the specific needs of each customer and keep track of their progress. I used to do it by carrying around my notebook, but keeping track of my notes for each customer was cumbersome. Another cool thing about BobclassAppointmentCalendar is that calendar & customer data are linked. All sessions you ever booked can be viewed per customer and you can keep track of payments per customer. I’ve never found a calendar that could do that. For me it’s the ideal app, I’ve just started using it, but I can already see how easier my job has become. I can now focus on my job and forget about the admin part.

I run a training company with multiple instructors, each teaching several 45min lessons each evening. Bobclass is a Godsend! With Bobclass, we schedule appointments in-person via iPad and confirmation emails are immediately sent to the student. Personalized reminder emails are sent with one click. I can send a day's reminder emails in literally 60 seconds. Student progress notes and payment history are tracked. It keeps us organized, keeps our students from missing appointments, and makes us look professional with ease. If you run a service company with customer appointments, I wholeheartedly recommend BobclassAppointmentCalendar for you.
