I can't reset my password because I never receive anything in my email after I have tried many times to reset my password using the forgot my password link in the app...
Works...until it doesn’t

Initial login worked, but then app would give me an error message the next time I tried to login. Reset password and got in to app. Then got error message the next time I tried to login. After several cycles of this finally chose to delete the app and rely on other forms of notification from my company.
