A few of my friends have has this issue, but his has been over the top. I never even knew this app existed, and it was all fine until one day it downloaded randomly. I deleted it but then found myself having to delete it 10+ times a day. This is SUPER annoying. The same thing has started with another app, called “comp portal” don’t download either of these apps, they WILL crash your device and they are not really good apps at all. Sorry to whoever made this!! I never write bad reviews! In fact, I never write reviews! 😬💕😊

Hate to say Citi needs to go back to the tokens. Mobile pass set up is to complicated. Why can’t a global bank have a better grasp on technology?? Tokens are so much better than mobile pass, must be some sort of cost savings for Citi. Keep in mind if you are a current mobilepass user if you get a new cell phone you have re install the app on your mobile device. This isn’t communicated out to users. System admins are busy keeping up with this product......uuuugggh!

As others have said, I have one token. Why do I have to choose which token I want to use every single time. Seems like it would be easy enough to default that information in. I have to use this app 10-20 times per day and it drives me insane. IT IS LITERALLY ONE THING THAT WOULD CHANGE THIS FROM 1 TO 5 STARS.
