Billing system terrible not expect that color to be the same in natural light and reality. Terrible at: Making project list Staying logged in Saving list Finding and syncing pro account Real time ordering and eta for products Actual colors Color bar codes to be accessible at store to be scanned on arrival. (Home depot does that from pictures of the formula sticker, c'mon guys keep up) Complete project list to emailed and/or shared Look, people make apps to say they have an app. We need an app that links our accounts to our stores and our phone. Being able to make a project list of material and sundries, sending it to the store, and confirming order is ready to be delivered or picked up would be priceless. With multiple jobs and clients need met on the fly this app could, could be a game changer. Instead its not. It does nothing but waste space. What I've suggested are normal general expectations in today's world. I hope you consider making the app useable not just a notch in your belt.

The quoting tool was a miracle !! Shaved hours off my quote time BUT …. Something happened now it’s a nightmare I’ve had to go back to pen and paper I’ve called tech support numerous times my Sherwin Williams rep has called numerous times I’ve deleted the app and re uploaded it at least a half dozen times I’ve made so many new passwords i have lost count one of the few times I’ve actually been able to log into my account to use the quote tool I got a call from my client suggesting that I take a look at what I sent him and it was in total disarray pictures not where they were put numbers in the wrong spot it was very embarrassing tech support tells me the same thing over and over that they don’t see any problems on their end I’ve even tried multiple computers thinking it was just mine !! Am I the only one that’s having issues with the SW pro app ?

I’m being generous with 1 star. I ordered from this app a lot. I’ve used it for well over a year. The last 4 months it wont let me check out. It says I need to fill in the PO Box. I keep putting the customers name in and it still says I can’t leave the box blank. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times and the last time they told me they would get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still wont work. I’ve also made sure my iPhone is updated. With the price increases and the surcharge it may be time to take my business elsewhere.
