I got the “Rooms to go coupons” app specifically to get available coupons.

When I select the coupons button, it goes to a new screen and says, “Detecting Location...” with a spinning thinking wheel below it. However, it never does anything else. I’ve tried multiple different WiFi connections and just using my cellular data. Even worse, it doesn’t even have a section to manually input your location either so it just flat out doesn’t work.

This makes me concerned about even shopping at Rooms To Go, if they don’t care enough to make sure something as simple as their app working is happening I can only imagine what that says about their quality and service.

I used to be able to manage my credit card from RoomsToGo . Ever since the upgrade I cannot find it. It is horribly inconvenient that I have to log into a laptop to access my account and pay my bill. Bring back the credit card account management or; if it is still there, make it possible to find. Bad UX!!!

RoomsToGo is trash. Don’t disregard all the reviews blasting RoomsToGo. Its bad. There is nowhere to browse merchandise in RoomsToGo . Instead it opens your phone’s browser and takes you to the website. Why?? That’s what RoomsToGo is for. So I dont have to go to the browser. Another massively annoying thing....Have you tried finding the cart in RoomsToGo? Oh it’s there....but I found it by accident. You have to click on order status, THEN the cart is available. Dumb! What if you haven’t ordered anything yet?? And why is there even a cart option if you cant browse merchandise within RoomsToGo ! Talk about a lazy and halfhearted effort by RoomsToGo programers. For as much money as you charge for your products, spend some cash and fix this trash of an app ROOMS TO GO.

The link I used to download RoomsToGo clearly stated to check order status and manage your rooms to go credit card….Nowhere on there does it allow you to pay or even access your RTG credit card

Reason for the 1 Star is because RoomsToGo does not work on images. I tried everything to get the image to show and nothing.
Everyone is better off using the actual website on mobile and computer.

My saved apps when clicked is showing a blank screen. Need help!

In the latest version of RoomsToGo , the link to Syncrony bank has either been removed or hidden so well I simply cannot find it. Now I have to find another way to pay my Rooms To Go bill.....

I wish there were customer accounts. Other than that great app.

So useful, I can browse coupons, products, shop and even favorite everything I love. The images are clean and amazing and the experience is top flight! If I could give more than five stars I would!

Like the quality of furniture

Sometimes apps are buggy, especially when they are new, as I imagine this one is. The coupons are there and RoomsToGo seems to be working fine. Looks like whatever bugs they had, have been worked out.

Really great app that allows you to do SO many things!

I downloaded RoomsToGo to keep an eye on our recent order status. A hefty expensive couch!
It’s worked before. Now it opens, 2 yellow boxes come up on the bottom with words then it shuts down. I can’t read anything as RoomsToGo closes and glitches out. So yea you obviously need to fix this.

I downloaded RoomsToGo to pay my credit card every month. But every time I try to login, it crashes and closes down. I have yet to get it to work. I am deleting RoomsToGo !

RoomsToGo is trash- you can’t do anything on it without your location services on and then it just takes you to safari when you click on anything... it’s useless.

Downloaded a week ago. Nothing has changed. More coupons for Outlet Store. Just heard tv ad saying go to app for coupons for Fri-Mon sale which is tomorrow. None. Also said in newspaper. Guess I'll go old school. Btw deleted app and reloaded. Still nothing

Gives you the option to “shop” yet if you click on anything it takes you to the website. I can get coupons on the website (and in my mail). There is no reason to have RoomsToGo. It is lazy developing just so they can say they have an app. Don’t bother.

When clicking on coupons RoomsToGo spins trying to find a location. I never got any further so deleted it

There’s a banner at the online store “download app and enter to win a $500 gift card.” So I downloaded it and there’s no where to enter. Customer Service said: “jay delete and download again and it will show up.” It didn’t. Misleading! Also RoomsToGo seems useless. I expected more. How about being able to actually purchase things on RoomsToGo and not rerouting back to the web browser?

I got this over a month ago. No changes or new coupons during that time. The only thing I have seen on this is for something at the RTG outlet store, which is not near me. There are 6 rotating ads on RoomsToGo and 4 are inactive and say check back for coupons later. It would be useful if there were a variety of ads for items in the actual store. This is pretty useless so far.

If you’d like to take up 32mb of storage on your device and have absolutely no benefit, download RoomsToGo RIGHT NOW. But seriously, you can’t even browse their inventory on RoomsToGo . And I don’t mean “very little inventory” or “not their entire inventory” — I mean completely not an option on any level. RoomsToGo allows you to “tap here for website” which launches your devices browser 🙄 and takes you to the company’s website.

Just don’t download it. Or delete it now.

So, I am a Rooms To Go account holder that likes to save money every now and then, I’m on the site it has a link for coupons. So I click it. It has me download RoomsToGo , cool. What is not said is you need to allow this app through RoomsToGo to access your location for the coupons. Why do you need my location for me to tell you which rooms to go I would rather shop at. “Regency” app is a waste of time and space get rid of it. “Regency is the best this app location other than the Outlet in Jacksonville”

I all ready sign up but I can’t see any option in app to see my credit card history or pay online bill so what I have do for that when I hit credit card option they took me to direct on web site let me plzz what I have to do.

This is clearly stated to be a coupon app and NOT an inventory browser! Why would you expect to be able to pay a bill on an app that states “Rooms To Go Coupon App”.

Apparently millennials and others cannot read. C’mon!

As for the 3 star rating. Someone said the coupons are all old. Going to the store tomorrow and we’ll see! If they’re valid, I’ll raise the rating.

I buy most of my furniture from rooms to go and it works really good (like 10 years)

I see other reviews complaining about not being able to browse.

Clicking the shop now button doesn’t open another browser for me and can view products.

most Coupons only seem to be live when they are having big sales which I expected.

Must have made updates based on reviews because I’m able to do all the things people are complaining about.
