I don’t know what’s happening

I don’t know if it’s an influx of orders or just s*it customer service but I ordered a coat and a shirt by accident actually and I emailed them 5 minutes after doing so asking for them to cancel, never got a response. I emailed them days later asking for some kind of update on my order as I never received confirmation or anything. They email me back within 30 minutes (which says a lot about them that they ignored the first email) and I receive a very curt response say that estimated delivery is December 9th. It made me feel like I shouldn’t even be asking. But you’re app is the one that says delivery in 2-4 business days. And I didn’t receive any type of confirmation email. You should expect me to follow up. I just really don’t appreciate the service

Great concept, wish there was more personalization

I love the idea, but there are two features I wish would be implemented. First, I wish there was a filter to exclude animal products. There are some styles that I like but are made with leather/wool, so I don’t want to say “no” given that the style is correct. Second, I wish there was a way to exclude specific brands. I wouldn’t buy from a fast fashion brand, but again I sometimes like the style so don’t want to say “no” and mislead the algorithm about what I like. Last, this is pretty minor but I wish it would be optimized for iPads. Otherwise, I really like THEYES !

Disappointed

I’ve been dreaming of this kind of app and started my profile and notice it’s all about expensive designer brands. I’m a seamstress and very picky about how my clothes look. I did all the settings and one of the first outfits that shows up in my list is a crop top and I said no to crop tops. 😡 Shows algorithm still needs work. I like the idea, but I’m going back to shopping in thrift stores. I don’t like the idea of encouraging more wasteful designers with their high prices, btw a lot of these designers get their clothes made cheaply and jack up the price cause of their name. If more people knew... I would have been a designer, but after learningthe ethics behind designing really is wasteful and bad for the environment.

Makes browsing a breeze

Love how THEYES learns from my selections and tunes my feed to show me everything I could ever want. Such an amazing assortment of brands. Easy to use interface, easy to add items to a cart and track prices. Love the visuals and emails as well! My only complaint is that I don’t have enough money or closet space to keep up with the never ending gems THEYES shows me! Can’t wait for more brands to get on board, YESYESYES 💫

The perfect online “window shopping” (and real shopping). The ability to scroll through varied items and brands, without it being an endless sea of 10,000 things. The ability to see things you like, without applying 10 filters and sorts. The fact that you get money back for future purchases, buying things you actually want to buy? Priceless!

So happy I came across THEYES. Makes ordering and shopping so easy, especially with free shipping/returns. I originally came across THEYES after trying to dodge high shipping costs on the brands website, so this changes the game.

I also appreciate that you can filter your searches to only look at sustainable pieces/brands. It saves soooo much time vs comparing between separate sites.

Hated it!

This is a dummy app that sells items that aren’t even available or in stock! I order a pair of balenciaga crocs from them and then they email me days later after taking my money, stating that the item was out of stock… If you do not have access to the product or have some connections with the company, why are you selling these items??? I was told that they ship directly from brand, so really there is no need for THEYES . I can shop directly with the brands myself and besides I have managers contact at most stores… All they do here is advertise/ items, not even knowing the inventory, which is pointless…

Great app

I need to post an update to my previous review. I must say customer service is the quickest when it comes to responding. They take care of any issues or concerns in matter of minutes not hours. They are top notch.
I’m very pleased with them and I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Bad customer service

On Instagram, THE YES cancelled my order. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and asked them why, But to my surprise they had left me on seen. I said “Why did you cancel my order?” They had left me on seen and NEVER responded back. I did a follow up response saying “How come you left me on seen?” And once again, I got left on seen. It has now been an hour and I have had no response. I am flabbergasted by the behavior the Instagram page has run. I see them keep posting on their story and they still didn’t do anything about my situation. One star.

A new favorite habit

Finding new brands and clothing has been so easy since finding THE YES. My favorite habit is opening THEYES every morning and yes’ing everything I like. I will then get notified when things I like go on sale. And they added the YES FUNDS so everything is better priced here than anywhere else. Game changer!

Needs better and more filters

First my size is not an option. THEYES eludes to having a greater size range than it does. More filters are definitely needed. I only wear natural fibers. I’m allergic to polyester. Takes too long to delve into the options presented. I don’t use purses. I’d rather not have to ‘no’ them. The first set of options to get to know my style was an utter failure. I was presented with items I’d already said I would never wear. I don’t wear blue. There is no way to exclude specific colors. I found THEYES so frustrating I deleted it

Great! Feature suggestion

Love THEYES, am surprised that it’s actually filling a gap in the fashion app game!

I did read someone else’s review regarding having a filter that would allow you to exclude animal products. Even if it were just “leather” and “suede” while looking at sneakers, as it can take a long time to sift through all the shoes you like and have to look at there composition.
Would be awesome to have the feature for purses as well!

A unique app that makes shopping more fun

I use a couple of shopping/fashion apps, but this one is the best that I’ve discovered — I love the idea that it tailors the products based on my preferences, and sometimes it’s easy to get sucked into tapping “YES” (or “NO” lol). 😆

I also like that the brand is so different and bold! Love their IG posts.

Love having all my preferences (especially my size, brands) and purchase history in one place. Plus, checkout is super fast. Shopping on my phone has never been this easy... actually way too easy for my wallet.

Awful customer service

I ordered a shirt. I was told it would ship in 2-3 days. After 2 weeks passed, I reached out and asked why my order hadn’t shipped. I was then told that my order wouldn’t ship until a month from when I ordered it. Fine. Annoying that I wasn’t told but that’s not a big deal. Well... it’s been almost a month since the day I was told my package would ship and nothing has changed. I reached out to customer service last week and I am being ignored.

I’m not a big fan of shopping, and I get overwhelmed by all the choices easily. And when that happens, I shut down all shopping. This site brings to me the things I want to look at. And I can keep narrowing or broadening the focus as I like.

Horrible Customer Service

I’ve never been one to write a review but feel compelled to after having contacted customer service 3 times over the course of a week and receiving no response. I ordered a dress 19 days ago, and it said it would ship between 2 - 8 days after purchase. I have received no order or shipping update, despite multiple requests for one. I will not be purchasing anything from the Yes again.

I was able to find a fabulous Valentino gown on sale. I love the Yes website that has the Style tab so THE YES knows what I like and provides lots of styles that I like! Simply fabulous with lots of ideas for every price point.

You’d be hard pressed to find a better e-com app

Has Potential but...

This has potential but it’s unfortunate that it is not a universal app. We do our online shopping with an iPad.

Having to hold it vertically and using it as a giant iPhone is not comfortable nor does it take advantage of the large screen size of the iPad.

Not For Men

Please be more upfront and transparent about the fact that THEYES is for women only before taking my personal info like email and phone number. Otherwise, the onboarding experience seemed pretty cool.

The tapping thing gets boring pretty quickly. I tap things I don’t want to see and I still get more like them. Instagram is a better bet.

Maybe Yes targets the same kind of reluctant shopper as StichFix or perhaps it should target men. If you’re a fashion girl who knows what she wants and the price to pay, the YES app will frustrate.

Disappointing!

I’ve been eagerly awaiting the launch of THEYES since last year. The learning curve for its ML is too slow. After my initial quiz, I was served up “The Latest and Greatest For You” picks. They were all cringy-awful and some in styles I explicitly said No to. What a bad first impression. Bummer.

Might be good, might not be good. Would be great to say out of the gate that this is, currently, women’s only. But downloading, going through phone number verification, etc., just to find that there is nothing for men is disappointing.
