How to fix Mobility app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mobility app on iPhone
Update Mobility app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mobility iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mobility on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mobility network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mobility app issues:

Force Stop the Mobility App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mobility app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mobility to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mobility App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mobility app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mobility.

Fix Mobility unable to contact server/ Mobility internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mobility » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mobility » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mobility on android.
