I just completed this and when I go to sign in my completion it says not in our system I guess they take a long tile to update I will try again another time annoying and slow
ImPACTPassport is useless as you cannot access any baseline tests or other tests. You also have to know the passport ID for each person and as an Athletic Trainer for a high school that's impossible to know when I cannot access their tests.

Tried to log in for my test results for school. Says the passport ID is invalid. I got the ID from the end of the test. Very dissatisfied.

It says enter without dashes but without the dashes I can't click the confirmation button and with them it gives me an error
Don’t install or waste your time as you will not be able to login (even with correct credentials).
I was able to log in fine. ImPACTPassport is supposed to let you see the test results. Wanna guess the one thing you can’t do?
App does not recognize passport IDs, which is the point of ImPACTPassport ! Save the ID in notes and call it a day.
The amount of characters allowed for the ID is less than the characters in my ID - I can’t even begin using ImPACTPassport, even though it’s required of my school.
Confirmed my data with athletic trainer. But the DOB format is different than what ImPACTPassport had and therefore says the data isn’t the same and can’t get logged in.
Daughter is suffering from concussion now and unable to use ImPACTPassport when needed.
ImPACTPassport description says that it allows parents of athletes to access their child's test scores, but it doesn't even have that as an option listed. What good is recording test results if neither I or my daughter's physician can't get the scores of her baseline tests?
I had to do this test for a school sport and now I have to download an app to see a score that involves me? Fine. I downloaded ImPACTPassport , but when I tried to enter my information it keeps not recognizing my ID. I have tried many different ways and triple checked my info to make sure it was correct and it WILL NOT let me add my ID. ImPACTPassport needs MAJOR improvements. 👎👎👎
This seems like a scam to get providers to sign onto their program. If they aren’t registered with them, then they must do so?
It also states that parents or providers can get the test results. There is nothing on ImPACTPassport that allows anyone to do so or on the website. Just emailed them to try and get a copy. Not very user friendly and everything contradicts each process.
Does not work. Can’t look up my kids info using the given passport Id
I put all my info in perfectly, yet it says that it can't find my account in the records. Can't really give ImPACTPassport anything but one star since I can't even use it. I'll update if I ever am able to use ImPACTPassport and test it.
ImPACTPassport does what it says, stores the passport id. However, a good feature would be to be able to see the test results.
The description indicates you can manage your test results. After a successful log in O cannot access the results of today's test and there is no feature in the menus that indicates this can be done.

Will not accept passport IDs, fix this heaping pile of garbage or get rid of it.
