It’s a very useful app, but.

The most frequent task: record a fuel-up.

Takes 4 taps after launch, and AUTOsistFleetManagementApp is so slow it’s painful. Often it takes more than 4 taps because it won’t recognize some. And I’m using it on an iPhone X so there’s absolutely no hardware reason it should be slow.

3D Touch directly into a new gas entry would be very welcome.

Also would be helpful to be able to use location services to record my current location with each service and gas stop, instead of updating the Notes section each time.

And taking photos is similarly on need of UI improvements. Several taps including an editing interface that I rarely need. Why not allow editing after the fact for the rare time I want to rotate or crop a photo instead of forcing me to interact with that screen every time?

And each time I add gas I’m curious about my mileage, but when I tap “done” I’m told it was successful via a modal pop up (another tap) and then I have to tap yet another time to get to the list of fuel-ups to see my mileage. Why doesn’t it eliminate both unnecessary taps and just take me to the full list when I tap done?

Robust app but a very poor user experience.

Currently really enjoying AUTOsistFleetManagementApp . It will help me keep track of what I have to do to keep up with regular maintenance. I also can record other service jobs I do which will help me sell the car since I can show buyers all the world that I’ve done to take care of the car. AUTOsistFleetManagementApp will also track how much your spend at the pump. So many cool things. I have 2 minors complaints giving this a 4 star instead of 5.
1- AUTOsistFleetManagementApp will only track one vehicle for you and I had to pay $20 just so I could monitor my brother’s car too.
2- AUTOsistFleetManagementApp doesn’t appear to remove notifications after you Mark a service reminder as “completed”. It’s a simple glitch I’m sure but I’m hopping the coding team can debug this in a recent update.

Very good concept and nails most of the functionality. There is noticable lag time when selecting through menus at times, and needs a delete photo option without deleting a entire entry for service logs. *****Update , yes I figured out the delete photo option as the developer mentioned, although i would suggest the caption box that opens to confirm deletion of picture actually say delete pic, not entry as it's confusing and makes you think it will erase the entire entry. IMO.

I like AUTOsistFleetManagementApp , so much so I bought a pro package. Now I can't upload additional vehicles and says that I need to upgrade, which I have and paid for already.

I have contacted AUTOsistFleetManagementApp support several times through AUTOsistFleetManagementApp service request with no response. Can't rate it higher until I'm contacted.

Customer support contacted me after review posted. They clarified the issue and all is well. Very responsive through personal email, may be an issue with the contact section within AUTOsistFleetManagementApp or my OS setup, TBD.

Would put pen to paper to record maintenance and service to my vehicle that I drove for over 10 years, before smart phones were available. So when I upgraded my vehicle and smart phones were available I wanted a more readily available way to maintain my records and AUTOsistFleetManagementApp was my choice.
Really enjoyed having all that info at my fingertips for that vehicle, but then relocated and purchased a new vehicle and started building a good amount of info.
The other day, upgraded to the 5.0 version and upon logging in, there was my original vehicle that I started AUTOsistFleetManagementApp with, right there in front of me, current vehicle not to be seen. Sure missed the pen and pencil then.
So emailed the developer and through a course of several emails back-and-forth, with suggestions and questions they got me in the ball park and with my answers and their persistence, was able to log in and there sat my current vehicle that I was sure was lost.
I have emailed companies before with queries and was totally ignored. Half expected to have the same thing happen here but was very pleasantly surprised to have a response to my email with sincere questions. So if anyone out there has ran into the same problem with the upgrade don’t throw up your hands and move on, email the developer and they will give you 100% to get you satisfied and back on the road.

Actually have used a ton these apps. I keep track of everything on my vehicles down to the most minuscule items. AUTOsistFleetManagementApp makes it extremely easy.

With the recent update the program has worked better than it ever has. All maintenance can be tracked fuel mileage. Even things such as your insurance and registration. There’s a special part on AUTOsistFleetManagementApp called glove box. Records are backed up online not just on your phone, you could even log on line to see your records. Maintenance intervals can be programmed with in AUTOsistFleetManagementApp as well. And reminders can automatically be sent to you. Hands-down, the best apps out there for this

I’ve had AUTOsistFleetManagementApp for about six months or longer. I have stored all of my data on my car in AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. When I went to open it today, it wanted me to re-login, so I did. At first I panicked because I thought everything was gone. But I contacted customer service and they responded within seconds. They were very helpful and help me get my account restored. Beware if you login with the Facebook app it assign some weird email that your aren’t even aware of. Don’t worry just contact customer service and they will help you. I love AUTOsistFleetManagementApp I store all my gas fill ups, I oil changes and any maintenance and service I have done my car it’s wonderful!!!!

I have been using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp for a few years for three vehicles. Records management is easy and straightforward. The attachment function is great for being able to provide an accurate detailed history. The other data recording of service performed and fuel tracking is spot on, easy to use, detailed and ease of use makes using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp a delight. Reminders and reports lets you manage your vehicles so you won’t miss maintenance requirements and in the event of selling the vehicle provides you the ability to show the prospected buyer details to help seal the deal. The attention to improve AUTOsistFleetManagementApp has been continuous and attentive towards the users. Try it!!!

I’ve been using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp now for 8 years to track all maintenance related expenses on my personal vehicle. I love how easy it is to use and to stay organized, and the simplicity of attaching a picture of the receipt to each log I make. I pull up past receipts and odometer readings to gauge when something was accomplished and it helps me prepare for future maintenance.

I recently had a small technical issue with AUTOsistFleetManagementApp and emailed customer service. To my surprise they responded within 20 minutes and fixed it for me.

I highly recommend AUTOsistFleetManagementApp to help keep track of your vehicles maintenance. Very useful in staying organized.

I’ll try to keep this short. Tried others with success in only 1 or 2 areas, AUTOsist covers them all. Best I’ve seen to date.
Love it! super flexible and easy to use. Missing a field you want? say tire size , just add it. Love the portal access and export features, means your data isn’t locked away in one place. Been restoring and tweaking a car and this has been a great way to track my work and look over time what tweaks are working and which ones aren’t. Being able to add pictures of the work is real nice. To helps you remember. Support staff is very responsive and helpful.
Easy entry is key, makes gas fill ups quick to enter. Does well in this area also. I could go on.

I love AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. I have been keeping track of my vehicle maintenance for many years using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. It’s a great reference tool for when you need to know that last time a specific repair was done on one of your vehicles. I’m a do it yourselfer and use AUTOsistFleetManagementApp any time I work on my cars. Recently I was shopping for a new lease and so I used AUTOsistFleetManagementApp to calculate my annual miles driven based on the service history I kept on it. It was spot on. I use it while shopping for auto parts I keep a spare tablet in the garage so I can log all repairs while I do them, I then look at it with my iPhone while I am out and about. I can’t say enough about AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. stop reading and TRY IT !! You’ll be glad you did.

I’ve been using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp for a few years now to track all the maintenance on the 4 vehicles in our home. I use the fuel, services, and reminders all the time. Reminders are great so that I remember to check things between regular service intervals (my Jeep consumes oil so I have a reminder set to check the oil level every 1,000 miles for example).
When I have had questions about AUTOsistFleetManagementApp over the years, the developers are always incredibly responsive and helpful. The fact that you can log into the account online and have an interface to the data on the computer as well as AUTOsistFleetManagementApp is really helpful. Top notch all around.

I had been using another app to keep track of gas refills and maintenance records. That app stopped being updated and now won’t work with the new iOS update so I started looking for something new. Auto sits is what I picked and I’m so glad I did. It’s easy to use, well organized and updated in a timely manner. I’ve had a couple of suggestions and sent feedback. Customer service has replied the same day and been very open to ideas. Since this is both pc and mobile based, you have different ways to access your information. Being able to use a keyboard to enter data is wonderful. You can search your data and backup is a great benefit. I highly recommend AUTOsistFleetManagementApp.

I own multi vehicles and keeping those records straight for each of these proved to be a real pain. AUTOsistFleetManagementApp has solved those issues perfectly. I can keep track of gas, mileage, maintenance and service.
I wanted to point out that there was an issue with AUTOsistFleetManagementApp no longer calculating mpg and $$ spent on fuel. One quick email through AUTOsistFleetManagementApp itself to customer service and it was quickly and completely resolved. It’s great that this level of support still exists. I was using a different app prior that ended up being abandonware. I lost years of data when it no longer worked on my iPhone. Happy to see that AUTOsistFleetManagementApp looks to be solid and support will be ongoing. Thank you for putting AUTOsistFleetManagementApp together!!

For months I have been searching for an app that can meet all of my maintenance needs. In my household this is a bit tricky because some of our vehicles do their maintenance in hours not miles (motorcycles). All the apps I have tried do one or the other but not both. Most don't do either well.

AUTOsist manages to do all of my standard requirements along with a bunch of other handy features like scanning receipts, keeping track of costs, having a digital wallet, etc. It really is perfect for the home user.

While researching this product I had some questions so I emailed their support team. In less than 30 minutes I had my response and they answered all of my questions. Any company who has this level of support and a quality product has earned my money!

Edited review after discussion with developers who were very quick to respond and fixed my account issues in a couple of hours of having the details. A new version of AUTOsistFleetManagementApp is in work and is available for early access (see website).

AUTOsistFleetManagementApp is often unresponsive and seems to hang. Much more responsive application should be possible. In iOS a few options are shown which do not work - specifically the contact support / provide feedback. Preferably the options should be fixed or not displayed in a known broken state. Also appears if purchases through App Store are not real time. 6-6.5 hours after purchase and my account still says expired? Having said that, I like the thought that the records are not only stored on a mobile device with no backup as well as the ease of sharing records.

I keep track of our family's cars with this program. The mileage, fuel, oil changes, etc.. After contemplating changing to this application I took the plunge, and am so GLAD that I did. The ease of data entry, backup protocol and simply the BEST customer service that I have ever had with an App based program. Thank you for an excellent product and outstanding, continued customer service!

2018 March, 9 Update: I noticed a change in the appearance of my data after an app update. Upon sending a text to notify them, I received a reply in 7 MINUTES! 7 minutes to respond to a text and the problem was fixed in less than 15 minutes more and then I received another text to be sure that all was fine the next day. Truly remarkable customer service and an exceptional product. Thank you from an extremely satisfied customer!

I collect classic cars and I use to have all my data/specs on a dry erase board. It worked great until my collection grew. Came crashing down when I accidentally got the dry erase board wet and erased years of notes. I decided to research an App that would help organize and notify me when oil changes and tire rotations were due. I e-mailed them and they helped customize my App to support all my vehicles. I was also able to file pics of my registration and insurance so EVERYTHING is now available with just a click.

On a side note, I updated my App and I thought I lost all my data. I immediately e-mailed them and received a response within minutes. I simply had to delete and re-install AUTOsist and boom! This is the second time I’ve e-mailed them and they ALWAYS answer you back immediately. I rarely write reviews but I’m very impressed with costumer service and the navigational ease of App. I sincerely appreciate all your help. Thank you!

I’ve had AUTOsistFleetManagementApp for several years and have always loved it. It’s simple to add things in, it gives reminders as I add fuel in. I just set how frequent I want the reminder- for oil or so, and it keeps track of the mileage every time I add in the gas for it. When I add the gas it also keeps track of trips, MPG, cost of fuel, it’s a really handy app. I have two cars of my own and it keeps everything simple, tracks the receipts to the repairs when I add them in. It’s also handy for project vehicles so I can have a list of what I’ve done/how much I’ve spent…per vehicle. I’m about to add my fiancés car, so we’ll see how well it helps with keeping up with a car I don’t drive every day. I imagine it will be great…if she just puts her gas In, but when it comes due, it will send me an email, in case she has forgotten to say something… I love AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. 10/10 would recommend. Especially if you have multiple vehicles. Helps keep things straight.

This is a very useful app. I use it for my family vehicles including my motorcycle. It’s a great app that keeps all my info in one place and readily available wherever I’m at. I love that I can also access the info and create records from a laptop as well as using AUTOsistFleetManagementApp . It does take some time to setup but once it’s setup you’re good to go. One other thing I love is that you can print out vehicle reports. The reports contain all the notes, pics, and receipts I entered. Very useful if I ever have to file a warranty claim. One last item. The developers are responsive and helpful. My purchase was not showing up and the softwares wanted me to make a new account. I contacted the developer and they figured out that there was an error with my account due to trying to log in with Facebook but my purchase was done with a different email. They fixed everything on the backend and got me up and running, and I didn’t lose anything. I’m happy with AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. I recommend it for anyone that does their own vehicle maintenance.

I own 3 Vehicles. When one needs maintenance, it used to be a guessing game. Not anymore! With AUTOsist, I get a notification when service is due. I can research previous work by looking at pics of the receipts, manuals, even files saved for mechanical issues, seek out recalls-a,, within AUTOsistFleetManagementApp. I saved the receipt for my truck two tears ago for tires. The shop couldn't locate the files. I showed them the one I had & they verified the specifics and was able to schedule the correct work all on their dime. It's a great app personally and I could imagine the benefits to small businesses with a fleet of vehicles. Very nice app I well recommend!
