I actually really like HBX. they house a lot of great brands I like from streetwear to high fashion, but this app is annoying. When I’m scrolling through something like shoes or a certain brand page, it eventually hits a stopping point and just loads forever while everything on the screen starts flashing. Makes it practically unusable if I wanna scroll farther than like 12 items

Downloaded the app to buy a limited-edition item. Woke-up early and started to make purchase immediately at the drop. Spinning wheels of death at every stage. Mysterious errors at checkout. 25 minutes later: insufficient stock for purchase. Don’t do a drop if you don’t have the technical capabilities to do a drop. Waste of time.

iPhone 12 Pro Max running latest IOS. Can’t scroll more than a few items of clothing before the screen starts flashing and won’t load more items as I scroll. Please fix it. Can’t shop properly.
