Please get rid of the ugly guy weirdly grinning at his ipad, i dont like seeing this screen when opening iFleet4 at 4 in the morning. Just put something simple there instead. Easier on the eyes
We purchased Smart Service and iFleet and after 10 days decided we did not like the program. We were surprised to find out that most of the cost associated with Smart Service was not refundable. The return policy was never explained to us and the only place we could find it listed was buried in the user agreement. Smart Service turned out to be a very expensive mistake!
I agree with others, once upon a time iFleet4 was stable and did what you needed it to do. Now the more features added the worst iFleet4 gets. Nothing but bugs and crashing. STOP adding features and make iFleet4 stable to use.
After recent update, every time you enter a job and exit back out, it displays the bottom of the list of jobs you’re looking at.
In the middle of performing work orders or trying to close a call out app crashes out of nowhere.

We have 5 computers on smart service, and 10 iFleet users
Works Best with IPads... don’t use Android it doesn’t work as good. There errors all the time in iFleet. Tech put notes in and finalize jobs and sync it , and 10% of time it’s lost and they got to redo it, sometime more then twice. Smt Srv blames cell service data connection, but it does it when we are in office on WiFi too. There techs speak English and good at getting back to you.
On settings: -to have an option to disable delete confirmation of Job Items… -An option to enable or disable the autosync after sending an email When filling job items: In the Description be able to write without double tapping like in the rest of the text boxes of the job items Be able to enable or disable the job notes from the PDF
Once you spend a day or 2 playing with iFleet4 you realize it is way easier to use than filling out work tickets for every job you do. It can get annoying in areas with bad reception as iFleet4 tends to sync pretty frequently. iFleet4 would be much better if you could incorporate the use of google maps instead of the IOS maps app.
In the customer pre notifications, give an option of which number or email to send the notification that I am traveling to Job.
iFleet4 has greatly improved our service workflow by allowing us to send updated job information to our techs on the spot. It does what it was meant to do and has given us a more professional image. My only suggestion is for the private customer notes to be hidden initially so that when our tech is updating pricing information in front of the customer, the private notes aren't visible. Other than that, iFleet4 is perfect.
...and it's saved us thousands in time and effort. Great product, albeit with now-and-again bugs, but overall works great for the b2b services arena. We own a document shredding company and this can be used for anyone like electricians, exterminators, landscapers, etc. Keep up the good work!
