How to fix Jane app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Jane app on iPhone
Update Jane app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Jane iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Jane on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Jane network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Jane Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Jane not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Jane App
1. On android, goto Settings » Jane » click [Force Stop]

Update Jane to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Jane App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Jane » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Jane.

Fix Jane unable to contact server/ Jane internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Jane » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Jane » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
