When trying to log into the app I put in my email and password then it goes to a screen that looks like a football field and does nothing else. I cannot pull up my pass. I have an I phone 14. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, my phone is updated
App will not load all the way before it shutoff
The app will not load when I enter my credentials. It starts for about 20% loading and then it stops or shuts down.
I don’t see the app as a choice on my iPhone 12 Pro Max
It won’t let me scroll down to finish my application
Background check. It says I have passed. I have filled it out numerous times and the circle pops up and the green check mark comes up but when I go to take my test it says fill out background check. I have already been able to take my Football test but want allow me to take my Volleyball test. Very frustrating.
It’s not allowing me to scroll all the way down to answer all of the questions. I’ve been trying forever to finish and it says I’m 0 out of 6. All because I can’t scroll to the bottom of certain pages.
