When I go to may local Firehouse located at 2052 hwy 92 w. in Auburndale FL 33823 I have not been able to redeem my points. I have tried multiple times and it never works. They don't appear to know how it is suppose to work and are of no help getting it to work. I have redeemed points at other Firehouse locations that are farther away. I would like to redeem them at this location because it is close to me, but they have never worked at this location.
I can’t see the menu at all. The only thing I can see is the ad for catering and a sandwich with slaw, the full menu will not pull up at all. The old app was great, this one is terrible.
Your application is not working for a long time now. I have reported it and provided all information requested of me. I have been using your app for nearly 10 years.
After you changed your app I cannot get codes to sign it now and have lost all my points. I had over 10,000.
You changed your app. It was working fine but when you changed it I realized it is attached to a bad email address. I cannot retrieve code to sign it now and have lost all my points.
When will your site be back up? I emailed my receipt to you and still no update on my points.

Your web site has been down for weeks. I never heard of a site being down for so long. Do you have an IT team? Pls advise the projected date for fixing. Several friends along with me are really wondering. I asked about this a week ago but got no responses

Checking account over past two days and cannot see account points. Had almost 100,000 points so hope they correct the glitch soon.

When will FireHouse REWARDS program be fixed? Have existing points been lost? And how about letting people know what is REALLY going on instead of having people think of the worse possible scenario. Truth has always been found to be better than second-guessing by users/employees/etc.
Was logged in but could never get my order to flow thru. No option to update so should be current version. Tried to change password and error ed out but still seemed to change but old nor new work to log back in so used forgotten password and still won't work. I miss this app but have not gotten it to work in years. Please help
I have the last update on nov 28 and Android 10. My app won't launch and I get a 'Google play not recognized' message. I report it , late in the evening it starts working and the next day when I try using the app it fails again
I have been locked out for trying different passwords. I tried creating a new one and still cannot login
