I tried to purchase tickets using ThaiLionAir. My experience was after 20mins of entering passport data for 4 people and credit card info ThaiLionAir failed to show flight information. Application response was ‘Transaction Failed’ and ‘Booking not complete’. But don’t worry they really did process your credit card and you will be charged for the tickets. You might be able to get the tickets but you have to call their customer service. Don’t bother trying to dispute the charge with the credit card company the airline will send their form letter with made up information that covers them. So disappointing.

I tried to find my flight and it doesn’t work. I tried to sign up to be a member and it doesn’t work!
Nothing works on ThaiLionAir.
Now I’m afraid to fly this airline.

ThaiLionAir is so useless that it does not even show your booked trip.

Is impossible search in ThaiLionAir. And the web too

It keeps taking me back to a review summary page.

I am unable to log in or retrieve the booking I purchased on your website.

App does not recognize booking reference number which is very frustrating. So you cannot manage your booking in ThaiLionAir .

It opens and 3 seconds later crashes. I deleted and reinstalled then it worked for a day. But the next day it was back to crashing. It’s a crapapp

I can not book ticket because my last name has only two letters. It gives me “lastname_wrong_count” error message. Such a stupid app. Who said people can not have short last name???

When booking a flight, it’s not possible to select an airport. No matter what you type in and search for (Bangkok, DMK, etc) it says can’t find any airports.

I tried to do payment from the application but ThaiLionAir . could not complete the process. Then I tried to book again but ThaiLionAir . shown me that I can not duplicate the booking. I can not cancel the previous booking from the mobile app. I had tried many method but I still could not cancel it. Finally, my partner have to use her account to book the tickets from the web site (not from the mobile app.).

Why bother making an app when it just doesn’t work! Endlessly reloads. Lord help us if this company is flying places and cant even make a cell phone app. I’ll gladly take my life elsewhere.

I tried to book a flight out of Bangkok and this silly app doesn't even recognize the airport in its capital city. Total waste of time.

I don’t know when them will fixing ThaiLionAir and the web. It’s not working from many days. And when I call the call center waiting 30 minutes and no body answer. This airline don’t care the people who want booking

ThaiLionAir is horrible because the airline’s service online overall is HORRIBLE. Declined credit cards, time outs, on and on. As if they intentionally want to make the experience as difficult and frustrating as possible. Can’t believe they are this bad in 2020.

Try to switch days more than 4days while checking ticket. It will show you have no flight at all even the the date you had checked. Unless you have to close ThaiLionAir and start again from beginning. Have new issues every update. I think they are making it worse not to improve it. Good job !

Once all info entered tried to select seats and was kicked out as soon as I clicked on a seat. Went back in and now said flight was sold out. Tried another flight that had plenty of seats and was kicked out again. Another flight had mysteriously sold out in 90 seconds. Has plenty of bugs that need fixed.

I can go to there website and see flights but ThaiLionAir says no flights available. You can’t book on the website because there credit card page times out every time. Imagine the money they lose from people trying to purchase tickets and giving up and booking with another airline.

I cannot add an existing booking so ThaiLionAir is useless to me.

Save the download and use BookCabin since that’s where you will be sent to when you hit check in. The other buttons simply don’t work.
