Worst Ticket Experience Ever

When I purchased the tickets I misspelled my email address for receipt of the e tickets. I tried over a dozen times to contact someone regarding this. Don’t expect to talk to anyone. Won’t happen. Out $400 and was not able to get into the venue. Working with my credit card company now to dispute charge because Event Ticket Center told me it was my error. Horrible customer service experience.

This is January and the concert is in August. You won’t download our tickets till the day before. WHY. This is ridiculous. You’re taking my money and now I don’t know if I’ll get my tickets. Ticketmaster is way more professional on how they run the selling of tickets. You get them right away

Sell tickets they don’t have and can’t deliver then try to “upgrade” you to worse seats. Just middle-middle resellers with a crappy app.
