I sign up for a parking that came available based on criteria I had submitted. I went on my second trial free day to find out the spot is for a very small car. I submitted immediately a request. My credit card was billed 61 euros. I called the support abd sent an email. I left a bad review. Now the company is not responding to any email. This is unacceptable and highly deceiving practice. I will never use this company and I will let everyone I know.
