Horrible refund policy

It’s such a pain to refund your money after attempts to buy tickets which was failed due to their system failure.
They wouldn’t reply and follow up with the cases on proper time and as a result the passenger would be stressed and possibly stranded.
Due to there refund policy I would not appreciate this company and would never use and recommend them to anyone.
Poor App, very hard to book hotel

So far this app is really good with the discount, but booking is as hard as hell. Crazy long loading, server error, maintance etc. Have waited for an hour plus AND still useless. Man. What a waste of time.
