Dont know what to say. Very bad experience at each and every step. 1. Issue with booking. Need to book twice and bery very bad experience. 2. Customer support is second steps, called them 6 times and every time. I was told issue will be resolved but please guess, yes no resolution given. 3. I was told that will got call back thrice but again . No call back. 4. Now when time comes for drop off. Got a call that your car is dirty from outside and inside both do you still want it. So please call support and they arrange a another car in 2-3 hours. My plan was with other family members too, dont want to delay plan so i said give me dirty car, i will clean it myself. 5. Now car i booked is 7 seater, when opened the trunk last 2 seats are not in place and not even hooked into the car, they are like floating seats, back seat rest is lying down and no way can be fixed, no seat belts and drop off person said i cant do anything please call customer care, they will arrange something in 2-3 hours and mind i am already late for a planned trip. This are few issue but rest assure these are not all. I can write a book on it but after this i dontthink this app deserve any more time from me.

My pain point is with the zoom car service. The car I booked was dirty on the inside with stains all over the roof liner. this app refused to change the car after talking to the customer care and the field agents. Customer care was aggressive over the phone and I am guessing you would run into the same issue if you had a problem with the car. I returned the car back to their office and blocked payment through the credit card. Watch out !

Worst customer service…So rude and irresponsible. I booked 2 cars[Tata Tiago] on Mar 5 and 6. They sent confirmation SMS for Tata Tiago booked for me at airport location. Just 2 hours before the booking time they changed the car to Renault KWID at some private location 2km away from airport. Staffs at airport location didnt even bother and asked me to go the location wherever it shows. As per policy they mentioned exact location was supposed to be shared 4 hrs before. Customer care was so rude in talking and not interested in talking or changing my car location to airport. So i went searching for the car but couldn’t open it and realized that profile verification was pending. the car was unclean outside and not sanitized. How can they allow booking when profile verification was pending? Finally my plan was messed up amd i cancelled the trip. Customer care now refused to refund and said it was not their mistake but finally one of the manager in customer care did the refund. I am expecting professional service by Zoom with kind support staffs and helpful and responsible staffs at airport location.

I have been trying to call this company and email for weeks but it has not helped me in any way. I got a car with 5% fuel and returned it with 90% fuel. Instead of giving me credit for the extra fuel, these guys are charging me money. Months have passed by but they are not resolving the issue. 100% won’t recommend

For lack of a better word this the worst service i have ever used. This is close to scam. I paid 30k to book a car for 2 weeks. Then they said the car i booked was having mechanical issues so they replaced it with another. That car has tire issues, one of the door is not opening and it is not at all fit to travel a 100 km distance. I tried calling the people who delivered me the car, the booking agent and then finally the customer support. When i got hold of customer support they said they would cancel the booking. But then they called and said they will send someone to inspect and take the car. They took the car but the booking was still active. I haven’t received the refund. If you ever wish to have a peace of mind don’t ever think about using this app.

Disgusting experience.

Zoom car folks are horrible with customer care service.

I have faced following issues.

1) Booked car was unavailable and they replaced with a car which was not in good condition.
Tried to swap the car and customer care took forever and failed to get me replaced with good conditioned car.

2) I had a break down, when i was travelling on emergency. Had to wait on highway for 3 hours to fetch the solution. And the solution is simple i asked them to tow off the car and i had to call my family to pick me up :)

3) Finally, they assured me complete refund and asked me to just wait for 6 hours.

4) Story is not yet over, :) I have waited till 24 hours and gave them call. One of the agent said to wait for 48 hours :)

5) We are getting there, I have gave call back after 72 hours. And they asked me to wait till 5 days after the car tow’s date.

6) And today is 6th day, No solution yet

This was the shortest description i could fit in with 6 steps. But the time, efforts and experience i faced is horrible.

I booked Hyundai Creta for 9 hours. There was no executive to give us the car , car was parked illegally front of Thane Sutherland Pvt Ltd Wagle Estate. Why the car was not at zoom car authorised location? Car was not getting unlocked by application So called multiple times to customer support and unlocked the car. That time only i informed them about the damaged car. when I returned the car again there were no one for inspection of car and documents. I kept the car at same place and left. Then after 10-12 hours I received only 1000 refund out of 5000 deposit, after calling customer support They informed the car was damaged and there are scratches on the car. Before start of the trip only i had raise this issue still why i was charged for this damage.

My experience with Zoom car was so bad, I don’t like the process these guys follow. Mobile will allow multiple people to book same car, at delivery location support staff simply said car was delivered to other customer at 4:00 PM where as system allowed me to book the same at 6:00 PM. I don’t know how their system works. When vehicle not delivered they should cancel the booking automatically and initiate refund. But, even after 48 hours neither booking canceled nor anyone called me. When I called for cancellation customer support team says, in next 24 hours it will be canceled and money refunded in 5-10 business days. It’s a PATHETIC process. Be careful when you plan with this app. I couldn’t select less than one star.

This service is just a scam. I made a reservation and requested for home delivery of the vehicle. The car was never delivered and on contacting they keep asking you to wait for 30 mins. After waiting for 1 hour requested for cancellation. Customer service informed that they requested for cancellation and their cancellation team will give a callback to cancel the reservation. The cancellation team never called back. I reached out to customer service multiple times and they keep saying cancellation team will callback. This is their way to tire the customer and ultimately not refund and keep the money. I have heard similar stories from multiple people and this proves that this is a scam. Please stay away from this service.

They don’t care customer after booking payment is confirmed. They given me a car which is quarterly tax not paid and I paid that when police stopped me in the middle of road when I’m traveling with my family and I uploaded the same bill to them, but they are not accepting it and not refunding my amount. That too a careless attitude, They still didn’t recognizing it and not trying to solve a serous concern of customer. Not a this app it’s a #ScamCar

1. The pickup location was miles off from the actual location where the car the parked. Took me more than an hour and half to locate the car.
2. Zoomcar kept showing error "Something went wrong" while completing the check list.
3. The key wasn't in the glove compartment as was stated in the email and app. It was with the security personnel who wasn't even in his station when he arrived.

Zoomcar is extremely buggy and the navigation to the pick-up location needs fix.

It is no secret that this is a fraudulent company who have cheated thousands of people. They have not refunded the deposit amount to thousands of people for more than 7-8 months. I have been one of them. Finally I got my money after a year only after filing consumer case against them. They will keep you hanging with no communication and standard replies.

Please save yourself the mental stress and do not download Zoomcar. There are several other options in the market. Please keep your peace intact!

Just 3 words. “Don’t use Zoom”! I booked a car, paid the money, uploaded the driving license. Everything approved booking was confirmed and I was given a pickup location. Went there at 11:30 am as mentioned. But the mentioned car was not there! Called the customer care, I was informed that I will get a call back after the car has been located. Time 12:10 pm - customer car told me that the car is located at around 2 kms away from where I stand. I told that was not the location I was asked to pickup the car. I was put on hold for a while and was informed I will be provided with another car. 12:35 pm. One another rep called me and informed another location had more cars, I could go there to pick up the car. I was frustrated by then and told I would rather cancel my booking and would like a refund. Then that godly voice came in “Sorry sir we cannot refund the money” what the heck! I told her to connect me to a manager to discuss this. In the end I talked to 3 more person to get a confirmation to get the money refunded back!

I have used other self driving rental car services. But this app did really messed this one up! IPhone application seems good. But the real service/management is bad.

Waited more than a hour for car delivery at Airport Car condition was worst and most stupid decision have taken in choosing Zoom car It was on Spare wheel Petrol was not full just two ticks made me crazy Steering was having horrible issue No proper brakes Car was not cleaned , Sanitised probably FLASE PROMISE AND COMMITMENT From company like ZOOM NO Proper brakes No Central locking system Seats are very pathetic Overall very very Bitter experience and lesson learnt to keep away from ZOOM

1-Since over a month after booking - I have not received the Deposit refund though it’s clearly showing in booking details - sent multiple support mails no action

2-As per the offer I did booking, was supposed to get credits as cash back to account - more than a month now nothing credited to points

I’m in USA, I have downloaded Zoomcar and tried to book a car for my India trip.. I have selected the pick point as Chennai airport and booked a car with start and end time assuming it showed the IST time zone.. I have received booking confirmation over my email with the same timings I have selected.. I have also received a text message on my India mobile for booking confirmation but it has different timings.
Later I realized that Zoomcar has taken the USA timings.. here are my two recommendations..
1) Nowhere the time zones(like IST, EST, CST etc) specified in Zoomcar . update Zoomcar to specify the time zones.
2) When I select the pick up location, by default Zoomcar should be intelligent enough to display timings based on local time zone. So that We don’t need to calculate timings between time zones and book the car.

Now I have to work with customer care to modify my trip timings which is really difficult because I couldn’t dial toll free from USA..

If you run into issues , you cannot dial any number , not a single number is valid !!!! And if you are dealing with a location that is remote and has no this app representatives , then you are in for a lot of trouble.
You will have to report all issues with the car before starting the journey , this is a time consuming process with Zoomcar .
Customer support is Zero

this app should make sure that at least one number is operational and that it works , we had a hard time returning back the car at Goa

Service provided by Mr. Gulshan was exceptional. He made sure that the car got delivered before time and answered all the queries promptly. The car was properly sanitized and was in an excellent condition. Recommend it to everyone.

Easy to use app to rent a car. They bring the car to your place and time you schedule, and pick it up from there too.
Will be always renting from them every time I go vacation!

Zoomcar is pretty good and booking process is smooth.
But this is where goodness ends. Received a worn out car that was booked for 5 days. Returned it within 12 hours but this app believes they should keep the money for entire 5 days.

The cars are in horrible state in terms or transmission, tires. They just repaint the body and make it shiny.

I have i20 and i booked the same car. I know how much diesel it requires for the kilometeres i drove. They charged me 2200 for diesel. I booked it only for a day. i have not driven more than 100kms and they say 2200. How is that possible. I know hiw much it costs to drive 100kms. They charged me twice the cost. Worst service. they think they can do anything with the Monopoly they have.

Worst service ever! They overcharge .I had a fuel reduction fine,immediately i paid the fine but very next day they said that i have to pay more again n again. Though my experience this app is nothing when compared with drivzy both in vehicle as well as their service.
They don’t even give proper reason for thier fines ,they say its done by the company they dont hve any clue

It looks like fake as whenever I spend so much time & tried to book a car it says cars not available at the location. I’m in Gujarat cars are available in Delhi/B’lore etc.... do u want me to go there and book the car? I’m here in Ankleshwar city, Bharuch dist. I’m trying to book from surat or Vadodara both places cars not available???? I have to travel today to Bhavnagar for 5 days back on 4nov unfortunately didn’t get any help from this app.

They have charged 2999 towards security deposit but after the trip they said its towards rent and not refunded any amount, I have screenshots. and detailed breakdown, I ll file case with them.
Cancelled originally booked car and no communication.
2 hrs Delay in delivering second booked car.
Their charges breakdown is a fraud, they show something while paying and show something else in email or in customer care call.

Sent email with all details but no reply at all.

Strong action should be taken towards this company.
