    Worst experience from doing a booking to customer care to getting the car and driving the car

    Dont know what to say. Very bad experience at each and every step. 1. Issue with booking. Need to book twice and bery very bad experience. 2. Customer support is second steps, called them 6 times and every time. I was told issue will be resolved but please guess, yes no resolution given. 3. I was told that will got call back thrice but again . No call back. 4. Now when time comes for drop off. Got a call that your car is dirty from outside and inside both do you still want it. So please call support and they arrange a another car in 2-3 hours. My plan was with other family members too, dont want to delay plan so i said give me dirty car, i will clean it myself. 5. Now car i booked is 7 seater, when opened the trunk last 2 seats are not in place and not even hooked into the car, they are like floating seats, back seat rest is lying down and no way can be fixed, no seat belts and drop off person said i cant do anything please call customer care, they will arrange something in 2-3 hours and mind i am already late for a planned trip. This are few issue but rest assure these are not all. I can write a book on it but after this i dontthink this app deserve any more time from me.

    Don’t use Zoom car. Very bad service.

    Just 3 words. “Don’t use Zoom”! I booked a car, paid the money, uploaded the driving license. Everything approved booking was confirmed and I was given a pickup location. Went there at 11:30 am as mentioned. But the mentioned car was not there! Called the customer care, I was informed that I will get a call back after the car has been located. Time 12:10 pm - customer car told me that the car is located at around 2 kms away from where I stand. I told that was not the location I was asked to pickup the car. I was put on hold for a while and was informed I will be provided with another car. 12:35 pm. One another rep called me and informed another location had more cars, I could go there to pick up the car. I was frustrated by then and told I would rather cancel my booking and would like a refund. Then that godly voice came in “Sorry sir we cannot refund the money” what the heck! I told her to connect me to a manager to discuss this. In the end I talked to 3 more person to get a confirmation to get the money refunded back! I have used other self driving rental car services. But this app did really messed this one up! IPhone application seems good. But the real service/management is bad.

    Worst Customer service and irresponsible support staffs

    Worst customer service…So rude and irresponsible. I booked 2 cars[Tata Tiago] on Mar 5 and 6. They sent confirmation SMS for Tata Tiago booked for me at airport location. Just 2 hours before the booking time they changed the car to Renault KWID at some private location 2km away from airport. Staffs at airport location didnt even bother and asked me to go the location wherever it shows. As per policy they mentioned exact location was supposed to be shared 4 hrs before. Customer care was so rude in talking and not interested in talking or changing my car location to airport. So i went searching for the car but couldn’t open it and realized that profile verification was pending. the car was unclean outside and not sanitized. How can they allow booking when profile verification was pending? Finally my plan was messed up amd i cancelled the trip. Customer care now refused to refund and said it was not their mistake but finally one of the manager in customer care did the refund. I am expecting professional service by Zoom with kind support staffs and helpful and responsible staffs at airport location.

This app is fucking annoying, I am a zoom car host rented my personal car on the app, the guests made many damages to my car and when I'm trying to remove/deactivate my account, it is no where updated with the steps for me in order to deactivate the account, Moreover as and when I stopped listing my car due to many damages, it is sending me emails that I have to pay penalties for the worst service provided by this zoom car.

I even tried contacting the customer support of zoom car and it is even worse to explain. The worse customer service I ever experienced in my lifetime. After so many calls and very long call durations, still there is no responsible person who can offer a call back or can receive the call.

Please reply to this comment if you know how to deactivate this stupid account.
