It requires always on to use even if you just sending a few documents and the company doesn’t require tracking from TRANSFLO. This is nonsense, no app should require to always track you, always means just that Always. Unless the company is paying for the phone or it’s a business phone that you leave in the truck when you go home, this should not be downloaded on your personal phone. Consuming data, draining battery in the background making a profit off your personal data.

I have an Iphone with version 4.2.2 I cannot see load details for the past week . I previously had no problems with TRANSFLO for at least 6 months . I have chatted with 3 of their tech support and explained my problem . I have deleted and re installed per their suggestion and have verified I have the most recent update of 4.2.2
They are unwilling to help any further and have only offered they they can see it .Ron Johnson ( he was the 3rd rep i talked to) emailed me a screen shot to prove it ,which does me no good . Their tech support / cust serv is useless in my opinion due to their lack of actually investigating my problem . Telling me that it works for them is not resolving my issue . They should have at least acknowled my issue or opened up a new trouble ticket

Just notice that my company is no longer getting my this app that I do on my phone, and now I am with out a check thanks to this stupid update, they have to and look for it manually in order to get my loads, when I do the this app I did not notice that it’s redirected to a different fleet and have no idea how to change that, I my profile shows the right fleet but when trying to this app it shows a different one, what a bumm TRANSFLO, I had use TRANSFLO for several years since they come up and this is the first time they really mess things up, what a disappointment.

Have been using TRANSFLO for a long time now. Unfortunately my phone is set to auto update apps and it but me in the rear with TRANSFLO. It was just fine but for some reason they want to cram more stuff into it then is really needed. Then they change how pictures are taken when you are scanning in bills. Now instead of just hitting 1 button and being done with that page. Now you have to select the flashlight option, not a simple flash, if you need extra light then hit the little text to scan. Well first it was set to auto snap pictures when it seen pages. That option had me nearly throwing my phone out of the truck. Had to calm down and dig for the option to turn it off. Took me nearly 20 minutes scan my bills with that option on.

Please fix it or make a watered down scan only app. I don’t need or want anything more than that.

So I’ve set TRANSFLO to use my location only once and when I exit TRANSFLO it still continues to run in the background. TRANSFLO is not following iOS’s set rules, it’s a security issue as TRANSFLO is able to override iOS’s rules. I have to use TRANSFLO for work and at this point, I’m just going to have to contact Apple tech support about this security issue.

I’ve had to do this with another app that did the same thing, sadly Apple removed TRANSFLO for breaking the security rules… it’s been gone for 3 months now, I don’t want that to be the only solution because this is now a major security break.

There is no reason for TRANSFLO to require user’s Location Services to be on “Always.”
It should be able to work with the settings set to “While using TRANSFLO .”
I use this for work & it’s great but I refuse to rate it any more than 1 star until this is changed. It’s really annoying because I often forget to change the location services off in my settings until suddenly I get a notification that TRANSFLO has used my location 300 something times in the last day. Location services set to “Always” drains the battery therefore I only have certain apps like the weather app using my location “Always” which makes sense for a weather app to require it whereas this does not… Please update this issue.

Version 6.0.2 still rejects 100% of all images whether cropped, edited or original. It rejects equipment pictures as required by employer and rejects bol’s 100% of the time. It shows the gallery image perfectly but the non error number pop up window that says “Bad Photo” refuses to accept the photo. iOS 17.1.1 iPad OS.

This apps drivewyze app also crashes this app E-log one mile from the scale thus forbidding the final screen that says if we are to bypass or go in while in motion. I have to relaunch the e-log app, log back in, wait for it to re-sync with servers, then once back in to the logs, exit out, log back into deactivated Drivewyze, go through fleet list, find my truck reactivate Drivewyze, confirm, exit app, confirm active status, then go back into e-logs and hope I can get a response one way or the other. Happens nearly 100% of the time in California at least once or twice a week. Also crashes in other states also.

Great way to lose customers.

My job requires me to scan paperwork through this app at the end of each load. TRANSFLO forces you to use their in app camera software to scan the paperwork which is glitchy most of the times and usually says that the image quality is blurry and wants me to “review” the picture every time before I can submit it even though it’s crystal clear. My biggest issue is when you try and submit your own photo through your gallery. If TRANSFLO THINKS your photo is blurry it won’t even give you the option to review it and submit it. It just denies you all together. What if I don’t have that paperwork anymore? How am I supposed to scan it now? It makes no sense. If my company didn’t require me to use TRANSFLO I would avoid it at all cost.

Another thing. TRANSFLO TRYS to show you messages from your QUALCOMM but hardly ever shows you all of your load messages so I usually end up calling my dispatch or waiting to get to my truck to see what my loads are.

The document scan feature is now nearly useless. I have IOS with all updates. I have no less than 3 other apps that scan documents instantly with no issues. this app needs to fix this immediately. Also, my company requires my location to be set to always on. this app should not give companies that ability. I shouldn’t have to change my settings every time I want to communicate with my company. This is a privacy workaround in my opinion, because they know many large companies will take advantage, and hence they can take advantage as well. I guess most folks are getting used to being watched. They don’t realize what all this data is going to do in the future. Read 1984 for petes sake. I don’t think the companies that are dumb enough to use TRANSFLO realize all this data will be used against them as well.

I use TRANSFLO every day and the communication device with the tablet is to bad I use different devices and not change the nothing in addition to when starting driving automatically pass to driving but one time stop the truck and turn off the engine continue driving and not pass to off duty automatically buuut I put manually off duty and the device pass driving automatically and repeat the process four or five times to finally leave in off duty other time pass to driving around a hour after off duty or sleeping is a big problem because when I return to start new work day I found a violation and start a process off duty one more time to bad for a trucker

I've used TRANSFLO for years without many issues. Unfortunately now when I take photos of receipts and bills it will say the image is out of focus when it isn't. Additionally I'm not allowed to review and use the images anyway. I've tried lighting changes and background changes without luck. I've also noticed that the issue isn't just my phone. I used my old iPhone and still had the same issue. Sometimes this problem can be fixed using the regular camera and editing the photo by turning contrast all the way up and selecting that image. Please help developers! The truck stop scanners are garbage.

Ever since the last update for TRANSFLO was done, TRANSFLO continues to ask me for location setting to be changed. Before I had the setting set to allow location access while using TRANSFLO and now it’s requesting for the location access to be always on. Before I never had that problem. When I put the setting to always, TRANSFLO is consistently tracking my gps location and it’s also draining my battery life significantly. Please fix this issue, there shouldn’t be any reason why TRANSFLO should be having the location setting to always on when it can be used to only allow location access while using as it was before

The chat feature with their expert I tried for 20 minutes to send how do you remove all the old unread messages? It takes like 3 minutes to scroll down to most recent and forget about typing something more then a few words because it starts skipping around. I’ve look at every window trying to find a way to purge conversations. I don’t care about what I was told 5 months ago. At least break the messages up by weeks or even load numbers.

Since TRANSFLO has been updated 2 major things I don’t like.

1. I have a iPhone 13pro max, their is no way to take a bad up close picture with rear camera. I have to constantly retake pictures because you app software won’t recognize it.

2. Every app created in App Store doesn’t require you to turn on your location to always. I should be able to use TRANSFLO only while using it. Because I forgot to turn off and it drains my battery. Please fix.

TRANSFLO lags so much even after updating it. Opening the messages or load information sometimes freezes you know a point where I have to force close it reopen TRANSFLO for me to be able to get to the next page. It has recently started sending double messages and takes me to the top of the thread whenever I want to write a new message. It makes navigating quick task difficult and inconvenient.

Used to like the convenience of TRANSFLO but the last few updates have become a hindrance.

Can no longer select photos from my gallery to be scanned in. It always says bad image quality. And there’s no option to continue and use anyway anymore.

And if I plan to scan in early like on a multi stop load. I can no longer leave TRANSFLO just running in background of phone or it’ll be at step one again upon opening

“Scanning” Pros: I love that you get to label your documents. And that I get a confirmation number that all document package has been received.
Cons: No option to pull documents from a File. I have to take a “picture” of my documents. There’s no scanning involved.
This may be easy for those who can take a picture while stationary. But I do the paperwork while my husband is driving. There’s a lot of movement=not great pictures.
Signing up was a bit of a chore. And TRANSFLO has a lot of features I have that I use on other Apps I use more frequently. So I only use this one to “scanning” documents for only one Customer.

Until last update.. Drive team with Husband.. TRANSFLO no longer let me retrieve messages or send when the Truck is moving.
So if our load Cancel in route .. I have know idea… can’t retrieve message… lose hours going to a shipper that canceled or is closed! Please change that option back for Team Drivers!!!!! That aren’t Driving can use TRANSFLO.. or it becomes useless

Loved TRANSFLO prior to last update. Since then I can’t see any new chat messages. Says I have new ones, just can’t find them. That number in red keeps going up, no messages there. Also, when I click on “load updated” notification, TRANSFLO crashes and closes. Guess I’ll wait for that next update. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, logged out and reregistered. No change. 🤷‍♂️

Great app, except not perfect. Can you PLEASE add a button to the cropping screen that will expand all points to cover the entire image? The auto detect feature is far from perfect, so we need to move each point, individually, to each corner, to cover the entire image. Maybe even add a, "rotate", button to rotate the image in TRANSFLO . THEN WE'RE TALKING 5 STARS!
