I would love to see the ability to accept cash or check donations as well. This would help us in the field not have to come back to the office to send a receipt to donor. Creates more back in work. All this does is accept credit card payments. If it weren't for that I'd give it 5 stars. Seems like it wasn't thought out very well before launching it. Love to see an update soon.

I would really like event features on NeonCRM . We have many walk ins at registrations and I can’t use NeonCRM to register them.

The camera feature for entering credit card information never seems to work so accepting a credit card at an event takes a long time.

I can’t seem to add new people from the donation page anymore, so if someone isn’t in the system I need to add them and then go back to the donation page.

I work for an organization where we need to be able to check someone’s membership status on the go when we don’t have access to a computer. NeonCRM won’t even open, and just shows the Neon logo indefinitely. Why even offer an app if it doesn’t work?

Being able to accept donations and having account management is a great start. In the near future, being able to view and manage the projects as well as volunteers would be a game changer!

I keep waiting for an update. I used the more than the desktop version, but it no longer works with the latest iPhone software. I’m ready to switch my organization to Salesforce if NeonCRM is not updated soon. I NEED mobile capability!

Does the job when you need to look up a number, but the account data shown is extremely limited. I don't think they've updated the features in a few years.

There are many functions that are not available in the this app app. No Reporting or Event info is included. The worst part is that when I look up specific accounts, some are not there. I don’t know what criteria are used to determine which records can be accessed.

It is so limited I don’t understand the point of having it. Maybe to use as an address book?

Doesn’t open. Partial logo fills screen and hangs.

It does a few basic things like account lookup, but overall it doesn’t do much.

Please consider adding the ability to enter donations other than CC. Thank you!

Terrible, useless app. There is no point to this software. How can it be so difficult to offer a usable CRM app?

Not very impressed with Neon in the past year, and NeonCRM won’t even let me log in. I get a text with code for two-step authorization, but there is nowhere to enter it, and NeonCRM doesn’t indicate why it’s not logging in. Very frustrating.

I really like having access to all of our donors and members from my phone. I can pull up address information in Apple or Google maps, and call people with the tap of a button.

You have very limited access to account information, such as phone, email, and address. It has stopped working altogether at this point.

This reflects the software that Neon offers and provides. Slick marketing over a very clumsy and frustrating user experience that provides breadth without cohesion. I've used other CRMs much less than Neon, so I have a fairly limited perspective, but after using Neon for 3 years I absolutely do not recommend the services/product.
