Not enough functionality
I would really like event features on the app. We have many walk ins at registrations and I can’t use the app to register them. The camera feature for entering credit card information never seems to work so accepting a credit card at an event takes a long time. I can’t seem to add new people from the donation page anymore, so if someone isn’t in the system I need to add them and then go back to the donation page.

Doesn’t Open
I work for an organization where we need to be able to check someone’s membership status on the go when we don’t have access to a computer. The app won’t even open, and just shows the Neon logo indefinitely. Why even offer an app if it doesn’t work?

Has Neon given up on its app???
I keep waiting for an update. I used the more than the desktop version, but it no longer works with the latest iPhone software. I’m ready to switch my organization to Salesforce if the app is not updated soon. I NEED mobile capability!
