I need help with this app. I don't know whether I downloaded it correctly or not. I really mean I need help I am not really text savy but with help over the phone for someone to direct me what to do I will be able to do it.
I can't get into my account. I changed my password to 100148Ss$ and it still want let me into my account.

I have been trying to get a message through to an inmate in Sedgwich County Adult detention center. We paid $50.00 yet when try to send a message it says my balance is $0. Our account number is 80128967. our phone number is 719-523-3572. So far I hate working with ICSolutions. We will appreciate your efforts to rectify this situation. Thank You, Kate Larson
Hi, I work with Richard Ives in a ministry sending bible studies to inmates. I started this ministry while being incarcerated myself at SCI. When DOC decided to make copies of mail going into inmates to cut down on drugs getting into their hands I was happy. I heard of guards that have lost their jobs for bringing drugs or tobaccos into prison. I hate what drugs do to destroy inmates and their families. Recently DOC in some prisons has switched to electronic digital mail and some mail gets returned. Is there a way to send an original to text behind with the addresses and have text behind make copies and mail them to the inmates? We could pay for paper, postage, envelopes and printing. All of our materials are free to the inmates. Also, it is not good to cover the address up when retuning a mailing. If we can't read the address, we can't change it and the next mailing will be sent to the same wrong address. Thank you for any help in this matter, tim.

Doesn’t work like before

This app has been failing me. I used it in the years prior, never had an issue. This year 2024 however, my inmate has not received my letters and pictures due to an error on TextBehind’s end. When my letter and pictures that I do online thru their website reaches my inmate, he is not able to receive it bcuz somehow someway a staple is included. After reaching out to the facility they assured me that when they open the letter to inspect it, a staple was included. BOTH TIMES! I have reached out to text behind and they don’t want to accommodate me for this inconvenience. I asked for a refund which was denied. This is the second time this happens. I’ve been a customer since 2020. I’m very dissatisfied & disappointed.
Sending for a week and NOTHING

I don’t understand how ALL these reviews are good. I have sent about 20 photos and 6 texts over the course of almost 7 days since December 7th. It is the 13th and my lover has not gotten a single letter or picture from me. He uses a kiosk to view so I do not understand why he can’t freaking see ELECTRONIC messages from me ELECTRONICALLY. I’m starting to get very angry and impatient and am considering requesting my money back.
We NEED to be able to communicate with one another especially because this way seemed cheaper than paying for calls and I work full time so I’m often missing his calls. I need help! I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE IS SOMETHING THAT CAN BE DONE ON THIS SIDE TO SPEED UP THE PROCESS OR REDO IT TO MAKE SURE HE STARTS GETTING SOMETHING.

The customer service is very helpful, the app works great, I have always lost track of time when it came to writing letters, the hassle the time the paper the stamps the envelope making a trip to the post office just always seemed to get away from me...
