I’ve eaten the Cousin’s double cheese steak the same way...the only way for over 30 years!!! Double cheese steak, Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, extra grilled onions, oregano, salt & pepper, light vinegar & oil, hot pepper relish; Bag of Sour Cream & Onion chips; Pink lemonade-Sprite mixes to wash it all down!!! If you don’t believe me, try it! Your life’ll never be the same...promise! It’s so good that when we moved to Illinois we drove back to the Milwaukee Villard Street location (the original location) at least 3Xs per month to quench that Cousin’s craving eventually taking orders and bringing the spoils home for our new Illinois neighbors! We’re now back in MKE sharing the same love with our new neighbors! Our favorite locations are now N. 92nd and Appleton Ave as well as Mequon Rd in Mequon, WI! Now...with this incredibly convenient app we get to earn points and cool rewards for doing the same thing! I just wish there was a way to apply coupons to my online order before picking up our goodies. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing... Gotta have my Cousin’s! —Dawn H., Milwaukee, WI

Went to Cousins in Menomonee Falls WI on Appleton Avenue. They have it perfected. They got the order correct, brought the food out quickly and everyone was positive and upbeat. They were extremely busy with drive-thru and curbside service and still gave me a 100% positive experience.

This store did an outstanding job! A new franchise, corporate should use these guys as a business model when pertaining to customer service! Thanks again for your excellent service!

CousinsSubs is so frustrating. I’m trying to order multiple things, but they don’t have a checkout, so it keeps sending me to pay. Then I can’t review what’s in my cart and have to start over. It’s maddening. I finally just did it through desktop, which is annoying because CousinsSubs should make it easier to do.

Cousins just opened up in Richfield and I could not be more excited!! I plan to make this location a part of my weekly routine. The staff was fantastic and the food was out of this world! Keep up the great work.

The Mukwonago WI Cousins is very well managed, the shop is always clean, and the staff is polite and respectful. Thanks for offering residents a tasty eating option for a break from home cooking.

Ended up ordering through the drive through but dang did they do an awesome job on my sandwich. It makes leaving my house once a week worth risking my life for!

Easy to download and user friendly app. Plus great food. The Crown point location has amazing customer service too.

App works ok in general. I like the rewards idea - pretty straightforward. Important item that’s missing are the mini-sub options; can only order 7.5 and 15 inch versions. Can’t customize ingredients other than yes/no (ie extra tomato).

CousinsSubs is so easy to use and my order is always taken care of very quickly. Love it.

Of all the “fast food” restaurants in Manitowoc, Cousins is the best. They are fast, friendly and always get it right! They even know my name when I come in. Great job Cousins!

Not a very comprehensive app. Ordering is ok but then when you want to redeem coupons which Cousins sends to you it won’t accept them. Their own employees told me to just call in or come to store to redeem those. Pretty lame.

Room for improvement should scan also to redeem point

Outstanding subs best place in Milwaukee fora Sub. Hope you will go nation wide like Culver’s did. Fire House Sub’s come 2nd to your Sub’s which is number one!!

Everyone is so nice! The first day they brought free subs to let my co-workers and I try them out now back for the second time to make a purchase they are so good!🤙🏽

Husband is a family favorite takeout food and we ordered three cheese steaks and pacifically asked for mail to be put on all of them and none of them had mayo on them:(

The sandwiches were great, but there were no other customers in the store and it took 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches

The owners at Store # 9124 are fantastic! They are always so pleasant and fast on the orders! I appreciate their location and drive thru as well!

The last three times I’ve used CousinsSubs I haven’t received any notifications from my delivery and the delivery has taken forever!

Add Apple Pay or PayPal, I don’t want to have all these apps having my credit card info. Be like other apps and utilize these collective payment methods. It’s the difference between me ordering from cousins or any other sub shop.
