CousinsSubs is so frustrating. I’m trying to order multiple things, but they don’t have a checkout, so it keeps sending me to pay. Then I can’t review what’s in my cart and have to start over. It’s maddening. I finally just did it through desktop, which is annoying because CousinsSubs should make it easier to do.

Not a very comprehensive app. Ordering is ok but then when you want to redeem coupons which Cousins sends to you it won’t accept them. Their own employees told me to just call in or come to store to redeem those. Pretty lame.

App works ok in general. I like the rewards idea - pretty straightforward. Important item that’s missing are the mini-sub options; can only order 7.5 and 15 inch versions. Can’t customize ingredients other than yes/no (ie extra tomato).

I’ve eaten the Cousin’s double cheese steak the same way...the only way for over 30 years!!! Double cheese steak, Mayo, tomatoes, lettuce, grilled onions, extra grilled onions, oregano, salt & pepper, light vinegar & oil, hot pepper relish; Bag of Sour Cream & Onion chips; Pink lemonade-Sprite mixes to wash it all down!!! If you don’t believe me, try it! Your life’ll never be the same...promise! It’s so good that when we moved to Illinois we drove back to the Milwaukee Villard Street location (the original location) at least 3Xs per month to quench that Cousin’s craving eventually taking orders and bringing the spoils home for our new Illinois neighbors! We’re now back in MKE sharing the same love with our new neighbors! Our favorite locations are now N. 92nd and Appleton Ave as well as Mequon Rd in Mequon, WI! Now...with this incredibly convenient app we get to earn points and cool rewards for doing the same thing! I just wish there was a way to apply coupons to my online order before picking up our goodies. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing... Gotta have my Cousin’s! —Dawn H., Milwaukee, WI

Went to Cousins in Menomonee Falls WI on Appleton Avenue. They have it perfected. They got the order correct, brought the food out quickly and everyone was positive and upbeat. They were extremely busy with drive-thru and curbside service and still gave me a 100% positive experience.

Add Apple Pay or PayPal, I don’t want to have all these apps having my credit card info. Be like other apps and utilize these collective payment methods. It’s the difference between me ordering from cousins or any other sub shop.
