How to fix Omio app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omio app on iPhone
Update Omio app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omio iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omio on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omio network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Omio Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Omio not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omio App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omio » click [Force Stop]

Update Omio to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omio App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omio » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omio.

Fix Omio unable to contact server/ Omio internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omio » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omio » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
