When pressing to open the app it immediately closes. The only way to access is to click on a notification of a new moment BUT, once you interact in anyway the app closes. Have tried restore, reset, no updates to do. Please help.

We've been following my daughter's family across Europe and suddenly their blog is no longer recognized, "Our European Adventure". They are halfway through an eight week trip and we are all so disappointed that we can no longer see their posts
