Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Sopta app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Sopta app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sopta app on iPhone
Update Sopta app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sopta iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sopta on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sopta network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Sopta not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sopta app issues:

Force Stop the Sopta App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sopta app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sopta to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sopta App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sopta app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sopta.

Fix Sopta unable to contact server/ Sopta internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sopta » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sopta » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sopta on android.
