Close and restart the Sketchbook app on iPhone
Update Sketchbook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sketchbook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sketchbook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sketchbook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Sketchbook app issues:

Force Stop the Sketchbook App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Sketchbook app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Sketchbook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sketchbook App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Sketchbook app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Sketchbook.

Fix Sketchbook unable to contact server/ Sketchbook internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Sketchbook » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Sketchbook » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sketchbook on android.
