How to fix Sketchbook app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Sketchbook app on iPhone
Update Sketchbook app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Sketchbook iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Sketchbook on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Sketchbook network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Sketchbook Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Sketchbook not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Sketchbook App
1. On android, goto Settings » Sketchbook » click [Force Stop]

Update Sketchbook to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Sketchbook App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Sketchbook » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Sketchbook.

Fix Sketchbook unable to contact server/ Sketchbook internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Sketchbook » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Sketchbook » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Sketchbook
